Nest Dental

Nest Dental has been our family dentist for years. The office space is nice, modern, and CLEAN! The staff is very friendly and always does a great job making me feel welcomed and comfortable. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Chew is that I can see she genuinely cares about her patients. She does an amazing job at explaining treatment plans and always keeps it professional with no judgement. Communication is key when going to the dentist and I love that Dr. Chew lets me know what she is doing during the procedures. I went in to get a tooth extracted and I was extremely anxious. But Dr. Chew really took the time to make me feel comfortable and more at ease. She is also very gentle and does a great job at making sure I am not in pain. I always tell her that she is the anesthesia whisperer. Thank you Dr. Chew and staff for always doing an amazing job at taking care of our dental health!

Nice warm welcome at reception. Hygienist- Adrienne was super professional, courteous, and thorough. About as nice an experience one could expect during a routine examination and cleaning.

I have to admit it was a little bit longer than it should have been since my last visit, and I was nervous making the appointment. I got there and was quickly checked in and headed back before I could know it. The front desk was clean, and the process was efficient. Once we got back I got a checkup and cleaning and I have to say it was great. Adrianne was friendly and also very thorough. She explained what she was doing and offered insight to how to floss and areas to monitor. The dentist came in and I did an exam. He also was very helpful and understanding. They scheduled me an appointment for regular check ups in the future and also explained the process for a night guard with my insurance. Extremely helpful. I didnt even mention the technology they have is really good too. A lot of photo and X-ray technology that was impressive.

My wife and I have been going to Nest for years and I still enjoy visiting them as much now as I did from day one. The office environment is upscale and modern. The office is well lit and very clean. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and friendly hello. The dentist's are very compassionate and it is clear they genuinely care about their patient's. The hygienist's and doctor's are well educated and explain the medical decision making process and treatment plans well. I have complete trust that my best interest's are in mind and I feel valued as a long-time customer. I highly recommend Nest Dental!

I’ve been going to this dental office for years although admittedly took some time off during Covid. Jetta cleaned my teeth today and I think it is by far the gentlest and most perfect teeth cleaning I have ever had. She cleaned parts of my teeth I didn’t even think she could. She is the best! You should probably go there immediately. Also, I love Dr. Chew - she is so kind, gentle and generally awesome. During this last visit, I was examined by Dr. Poulose and she was super lovely too. My teeth and I are very happy.

Dental care was swift and efficient. Until construction is finished, parking is a nightmare

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist as I was well overdue because of the pandemic. The building is older but the office is kept modern and clean. I first came in for a cleaning which, other than the bad news of needing fillings, went well. I booked an appointment a few weeks later to take care of the fillings. I had never had a cavity so I was nervous but the staff was incredibly kind and frequently checked in how I was doing. The fillings went perfectly, honestly as painless as a cleaning. Dr. Prethi Poulose was my doctor and she is very kind and professional. I will be returning for my next cleaning.

My mom and I have been going to Dr. Chew for years, and she is exceptional. My visits have always been smooth and painless (or as painless as possible, given that you're paying for someone to drill holes in your teeth). I've never had a medical professional be as warm, competent, and unwavering in quality as Dr. Chew, and I'd be happy to continue coming to Nest Dental in the future.

I've had only great experiences here over the last 5+ years. The office is always clean, and the staff is friendly and super efficient. The advances in dentistry technology have really made dental work so much less painful and so much faster.

Great communication between office and patient in regards to insurance and payments. Easy to reach office over the phone or email. The dentists and dental hygienists are personable and professional. I have been to a lot of dentists over the years, but I trust them the most.

Seconding the excellent experiences on here. In addition to being meticulous and attentive to my level of pain when cleaning, Dr. Chiew has been nothing but supportive when helping me develop better tooth hygiene. This is in refreshing contrast to the condescension I have felt with dentists in the past and really makes going to the dentist a more comfortable experience.

I moved out of state a couple years ago but make sure that when I return to the Bay Area for visits, I schedule my check-ups at Nest Dental. I've been a patient of Dr. Chew's for several years now, and It's worth it to me to travel 800 miles to continue to see her and the excellent staff there. Can't imagine going to another dentist.

Love the staff, the doctors and the facility. They really care about their patients health. Easy to schedule dental exams and friendly reminder of the appointment.

Very lucky to have found this clinic! Every staff member was kind, attentive, and respectful.

As for COVID19 Safety - the office was extremely clean, sanitary, everyone was wearing masks and taking proper precautions.
