I’ve been going to The United Dental Group in Burlingame for about 10 years. I love everyone in this practice. From Doctor Tseng to the dental hygienist, Robin, and to the receptionist, Erika, all are very caring and always provide the best services. Especially Robin, she really taught me how to take care of my own teeth so less problem may occur. I appreciate everyone I the United Dental Group! 💕💕

I’ve been with this dental clinic for almost 17 years now. To me, they are the BEST dental clinic. I trust Dr Tseng and Robin. They are both very skillful, kind and caring. Together with Erica and Jose, they make an excellent team. I may live very far from their location now but I still entrust to them my dental health and they are always worth the trip!

The teeth cleaning went smoothly. The scanned image of my entire mouth was new to me. Avoiding harmful X-Ray without any visible problem. Dr. Tseng gave me a detailed recap of my current dental health and what to expect in the years to come. Bravo!

This is the first time visiting this office. The service I received was excellent. Their office is clean and well maintained. They booked me with an appointment on Saturday which is really convenient for me, and there are plenty of free parking. The people at the front desk registration is friendly and polite. Robin, the Registered Dental Hygienist did the check up , x-ray, and cleaning on me. She is very kind, professional, and gave knowledgeable recommendations. I shall look forward to my next visit in 6 months and meeting Ms. Robin again. Thank you.

My wife and I have been receiving dental care in the clinic of United Dental Group for more than 15 years. The whole team in this clinic, including Dr. Michael Tseng, DDS (Shih Wen Tseng, DDS), Dental Hygienist Robin, Dr. Tseng's assistant, and the receptionist are professional and patient oriented. The environment is clean and nice. Dr. Tseng has long term care plan for each of us, to keep our dental condition healthy. Whenever there is emergency situation, he sees us right away. We trust our Dentist Dr. Tseng and Dental Hygienist Robin very much and appreciate their care so much.

I never had issues going to the doctor's except dentist. I have always hated going to the dentist until I started going to Dr. Tseng. He makes you very comfortable, does not try to upsell or have you get procedures that you do not need and the whole office staff makes is a place to look forward to going.
I am so glad that I found Dr. Tseng and no matter where I live, I will always make the trip to see him.
