I’m not going to affect the five star score because of wait times, because I know they do get pretty long sometimes. All I know is that I’ve been seeing Dr. Dan for several years now, and he is always taken my health and my needs seriously. He is also my primary doctor, and he always takes the time to really go in depth about my concerns, if I need his advice on “new pains”, or really takes time to talk about reasons I’m not feeling well at the time. I never feel rushed and if there’s something I want and he doesn’t feel it’s necessary, he tells me! He’s a great man, and I feel like I have a partner in my health improvement.
I absolutely love the ladies in the front, and will never understand how anyone calls them rude! Janet and Millie are the best! Don’t give it a second thought if you’re looking for a chronic pain specialist in the area; all of the doctors are truly wonderful.

These low reviews are not justified. Dr Dan is very thorough. The office staff and nurses have always been very pleasant. Wait time is only downside but he’s worth waiting for!

This is the best doctor I have ever seen and I have been going here for 15 years. The staff is warm and kind and Dr. Daniel Glatt is an incredible diagnostician and caring professional. The care I received here over the years is amazing. I would never go anywhere else. Amazing and wonderful care.

Terrible experience with Dr. Susan. Be careful which lab they sent your blood work to. She sent mine to some obscure lab within Sutter Health and they charged me $555 for the same blood work that cost me nothing in prior years. I have great insurance which would have covered the request but because of where I had the blood drawn I had to pay out of pocket.

They will give you a hard time when you request standard blood work and will not order it for you. They don’t care about your health. Unprofessional.

If you can get ahold of the front desk they’re usually rude and disrespectful.

Doctors and medical staff are great however. Unfortunately you have to squabble with the admin staff in order to see them.

It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at this office via the phone.
