VCA Animal Hospital of Los Gatos

We've been going here a year now for our dog and we love VCA Los Gatos. All the staff are incredibly friendly and they always take the time to help our shy dog during exams and when she gets hurt. We also appreciate that they're open on Saturdays for appointments. Highly recommend bringing your pet here!

WHen our senior kitty was sick recently, the VCA doc called us every few days to see how we was doing. I wish my doctor would do that! She listened, and offered a variety of options for addressing the issues.

Fantastic staff and Fantastic doctors!

I am in love with VCA of Los Gatos. I had a great doctor visit, where the doctor listened to all my crazy concerns, saw my goofy notes about my cats seizures, and even watch a video I took of my cats disorder.

The doctor's took the time to listen to me, and to address all my concerns, and explain all medical options available for my cat's treatment plan.

I have been there twice already and I love it.

Addendum 11/28/2022: Tragically, my old cat has succumbed to age. Her seizures became too much for medication and I had to put her to sleep last week.

My deepest appreciation to the Doctors and Staff for providing the best diagnosis, care plan, and attention to me and my cat. I am grateful for what they have done to give my cat the best chance at a full life and for a peaceful passing when the time came to move on to the other side.

Every experience we’ve had with the staff and vets has been excellent. They are so patient and kind with our anxious dog. We’ve been very happy with both the preventive and illness care he has received there. And customer service is top notch. We’ll miss them, especially Shannon and Dr. Ingrid Petersen, now that we’re moving away.

Our dogs have had a really hard time at the vets in the past. The staff at VCA are super nice and provide tools and resources to ensure our pets are comfortable when visiting. Prices are fair.

We love all the vets and the staff here. They are very knowledgeable, treat our pets like family, and happily provide us with advice for raising our small menagerie. The staff is warm and friendly, and always seems willing to help. On the rare occasion we have had to wait past our appointment time, they have profusely apologized. They seem to value us and our animals, and we always have a good experience.

Very competent, professional, and truly caring medical, technical, and admin staff. The message board welcoming your pet by name before entering the facility is a nice touch. They care enough to follow up with you after your pet's visit to insure its wellness.

We have been coming to the VCA for about 16yrs and have never had a negative experience with the staff so I was surprised to read some of these reviews. When our 9 month old chocolate lab had a major accident and needed immediate attention no one hesitated to come to our aid. It was truly a team effort from the moment they got our call. I know the attention and care this team gave him saved his leg and possibly his life. They are serious about what they do and they truley care about the animals they see.

The folks here are 15 out of 10 wonderful people. We loved their fear free approach and they took great care of our two dogs. We can’t recommend them enough.

When I had a series of mishaps with getting a health certificate for international travel, the staff at this clinic were so incredibly helpful and supportive - especially Phoenix and Dr Wiese. Even though it didn't work out in the end, I will be forever grateful for their kindness and support!

We love our vets and staff at Los Gatos and appreciate their wonderful service for all our pets. We have been happy customers since we moved to Monte Sereno in 2007. We highly recommend them.
