I don't do reviews usually but I had to for these guys -- they're the best and it's not even close. I had just stopped by the Stewart Jeep dealership and they quoted me 2k for a 60k mile service not including $500 for a BRAKE LIGHT BULB. I said no thanks and went to the discount tire because they'll at least do the rotation and balance for free.

While I was there, I went across the street to get a new bulb from O'reilly's and asked the guys at discount tire if I could borrow a philips head to fix it myself. The guy who I assume was running the shop, not the office, went to his car and let me borrow his personal power drill and I fixed the brake light in 5 min for $8.

While I live here, I will never buy tires from any other shop. These guys are seriously the best.

Whether you're looking for seasonal or all season tires any car or truck they will have it in stock and ready to exchange your shoes no problem here very knowledgeable and I believe their Tesla certified for tires as it seems there is no shortage of Tesla's coming to these locations as I travel to everyone in the Bay area so if you have a Tesla swing by here and then we'll hook you up prices are very competitive however bring your patience as there's always a line waiting is essential here be advised

My experience at America’s Tire Millbrae was nothing short of exceptional. I initially visited on a Friday, convinced that I had the correct tire size. However, upon closer inspection, it turned out that I had made an error. This is where Israel’s outstanding customer service truly shone.

This is my 2nd time doing business with company and they have earned my Loyalty. I will go anywhere else. Fast and friendly serve. Well, Fast when they are not totally swamped.
Nice waiting room with WiFi and table so I was able to get some work done while waiting. Restrooms are clean.
The Females and the counter seem to be more productive then the males, but actually facts might prove otherwise.
The Guys in the Service seem to take pride in their work and be highly productive. I wonder if they have a competition amongst themselves as to who can do the most cars.
Seems like a fun place to work.

Salesperson Julisa C was very helpful and patient. I did not have an appointment due to next appointment is not available for another two weeks. Julisa was able to take me in for wheel balancing service at 2pm even though store closes at 5pm. Great experience, will definitely comeback when I need tires. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing experience as a repeat customer.

This was my first time coming here for a free tire repair. I had a large screw in my passenger rear tire and they repaired and rebalanced my tire for free! I've had tire patches performed at other service stations for another vehicle and they didn't rebalance the tire, which I was surprised America's tire did without charge!

I walked in on a busy Friday afternoon. Asked for an appointment and a 2:15pm was available (an hour after arrival). Signed for service and handed them my car key. Have your mileage handy to prevent walking back to your car with the rep to check. Surprisingly, they rolled my car into the shop at 2pm and was done by 2:30pm! Promised completion was at 3:10pm!

*Additional info: I've visited this location multiple times already and my last visit was the best tire replacement experience yet. I had my two rear tires replaced within 45 minutes upon arrival. My appointment was postponed due to 1 of 2 tires not arriving on time (which is no fault of America's Tire). Once the 2nd tire came in, they called me to let me know it had arrived the very next day. I advised that I would be in within the next 2 hours and they quoted me an approximate wait time for 1-1.5 hours (under-promise and over-deliver successful). My suggestion to everyone would be to check your tire pressure yourself with an accurate tire gauge afterwards as their gauge is not very accurate and fill/release them accordingly.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. All my friends that visited this location only had positive experiences.

They are the best in town..10 Star technicians and customer service. You have to wait for a little longer if you need a perfect diagnosis and repair..I have two cars and am going back to them for any tire repairs. Thanks team for your best support 🙏

I came here after picking up a nail in one of my tires. When calling the night before, I was warned they were busy the next day and may need a few hours to see the car. However, I arrived when they opened and was in and out in just an hour. As I'm prone to getting nails in my tires, I'll be coming back when it happens next! Excellent customer service and care!

The employees take care of the customers. I would recommend booking an appointment to reduce the wait time.

They are always super busy here, but they do a decent job at managing appointments and walk ins, they’re pretty timely, and the people at the counter are always friendly and informative, despite seemingly being shorthanded and overworked.

I rarely do reviews but this is a special occasion for me. Yesterday I got a screw in a tire. I just replaced this tire from a previous nail at a dealer. Kinda not looking forward to the process. So I went here to see what they have in stock. I was promptly greeted by an employee. Told him what was happening. He said no problem that they can fix it and take a hour and no charge. Totally blown away by the service. I will share this experience and recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Israel yesterday (9/24/23) and man, he’s the nicest tire shop guy I’ve ever worked with. We didn’t even buy tires but he was super knowledgeable, no ego, no pressure, and it felt like he went above and beyond. Definitely coming back with all my tire business.

The service team went above and beyond to make uůcertain the tires were installed properly, even changing the improper lug nuts for no extra cost! Oh, and left me some extras

Been here many times. It's a very busy location. I have purchased tires, and changed sensors at this location. Nice and professional staffs. Got my flat tires fixed few times as well. Just to expect longer wait times, but they will get the job done.

This is the spot for your tire repairs, I always come here over Costco due to the paid warranty they offer. I have an AWD and bad luck with nails giving me frequent tire changes 😢. The warranty allows me to swap all my tires at a discount so I can keep the same tread levels. the wait can be long without a reservation/appointment, but it's never really bothered me as the downtown Millbrae area is a short walk away. Either way, I highly recommend coming here at least to patch your tires, it's a free service they offer.

Great customer service and quality work. They get pretty busy since they're the only location on the north Peninsula, so there's usually a line waiting for them to open, especially around the weekend. However, they have a large team and do their best to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Reservations are hard to get on short notice, so book well in advance.
