My phone was not able to send/receive calls. I called in for tech support for help but to no avail. I decided to stop by after work the next day to figure it out and I'm glad I did. Shout out to Kristopher and David for being amazing and patient. Kristopher walked me through end-to-end process with tech support while multi-tasking and helping other customers. An hour later, we were able to fix the issue. Quality customer service is hard these days, and it's so heartwarming that I was able to experience it here. Thank you Kristopher and David!!!!

THE BEST VERIZON STORE

The employees and management at this location really care about the service they are providing. I've been in there twice now due to my S22+ Ultra not connecting to the network. Both times I was given kind and dedicated support to try and resolve my issues. My last visit the manager, David, helped me get a new phone and even helped with the data restore! AND I just got a call from another employee 24hrs later to make sure everything was going well with my new phone - ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you Millbrae Verizon Team!

I needed help with setting up my voice mail and I came into the Verizon store for assistance. Mo immediately gave me his help he was patient with me and informative. He has also helped me with other things in the past. He is a great help and a very nice person. Thank you to Mo

What a great experience I had with Mo. My mother and I had a horrible experience via customer service on the phone. Got us all in a mix which resulted with us being with 3 phones that weren’t working. Mo figured the problem out and was patient with us even though we were completely lost. Fixed our problem and explained how he fixed it! Great service. Definitely would ask him for help on any problems regarding my phone! Right on Mo for the help! Saved us!!

Marlena was awesome! So patient and knowledgeable. She really helped me out a lot getting rid of my dinosaur phone and into a new one. Marlena took the time to really help me understand everything and went over all the ins and outs. She’s the best!

David Baker and the whole team in the store are terrific. We moved three phones from ATT to Verizon. The customer service is outstanding, very knowledgeable!

Verizon is very fortunate to have Marlena as Manager of their Millbrae location. I was fortunate to meet her over a year ago when looking to upgrade our phones. She was extremely helpful then, goes the extra mile, and gives you the confidence to return, which I did today. Today was for a billing issue and Marlena identified the problem, contacted customer care, and was able to resolve the issue. She is so very knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and professional. Recently in this store I worked with DeJan transferring data and he did a tremendous job. He fixed the problems that no one else could fix. He represented Verizon with excellent customer service.

This Verizon store is amazing - great customer service. Every time I come, they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, the manager, Marlena, and Parshawn, were great! Very patient with all of my questions and helpful in figuring out the best plan and products. Very honest and didn't try to oversell me. Will absolutely come back.

Wonderful service from Marlena. My LG was not working anymore and Marlena helped me get into a new Motorola and got me a really great deal for the phone and new tablet She helped me transfer all my data and understand how to use the device. She was so patient with me. Besr service I've ever had! This Verizon store is also one of the best around!

I had the most amazing experience at this location. My phone broke and I needed a new one asap. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager Marlena. She not only got me into a great phone for an affordable price, she was able to lower my bill. She was even able to retrieve all of my data even tho my old phone was a done deal. Today Marlena called me to follow up which completely blew my mind! This has literally been the best experience I have ever had with Verizon in my 17 years! I'm a very happy, happy lady!

AWESOME service from Marlena! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marlena was very personable and VERY patient with me. I was learning a new device and she really took the time to help me understand. She explained everything from pricing to billing and what to expect moving forward. Honestly the best service I've ever received in all my years with Verizon! NEVER going to anywhere else! The staff is very friendly and the store is huge! 10 stars!
