Starbucks

This is one of the best Starbucks in the Bay area. Because it is reserve Starbucks. They have different menu then regular Starbucks. You can't order those items from online app. You have to come and order it manually. Try to.drink in the store. They will serve it with special cups and plates.

Good *Bucks, good stock as well... easy in n out traffic wise.

Our fav Starbucks location in Bay Area. We come here to work sometimes. Large sitting section and the staff is always kind.

Neat, clean, and all employees were very kind and respectful. Red Velvet loaf sucks though.

Very modern, and drinks came out pretty fast.

Nicely remodeled. Good indoor and outdoor sitting. Good COVID procedures.

Definitely delicious but only certain baristas.

Always busy. Friendly fast service. Always on point with my order. The tables need to be cleaned more regularly, didn't find a clean table to sit at.

2024 - January update:
Closed Jan 15-28 for some internal facilities work.

Just look at the cup itself, how cute is that. The Nitro brew and the shakerato were on point and really smooth. Starbucks is really upping it's Reserve game.

I love the workers so much they are my favorite people ever

After coming to this location I never want to go to a regular Starbucks again. I never knew about the "Reserve" locations and was super pleased with the fact that my husband could get a decaf coffee in under 5 minutes (he always has to wait like 20 minutes for a pour over at the reg starbucks). Customer service was great and the service was fast.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. This location tends to be crowded on weekdays after 2:30 (most likely because of the schools nearby), and the workers are all determined to make you your drink ASAP! All of the employees I have had as my barista have been nothing but kind & hard-working to me. Thank you Blossom-Hill Starbucks workers for all your hard work & love for our community!

Of the 40+ Starbucks locations in the Bay Area that I've tried, this store definitely stands out as the best, and it's easily my favorite to frequent.

• Incredible Staff - The employees are always genuinely friendly, charismatic, attentive, and professional. On the very rare occasion an order is filled incorrectly, they take responsibility, apologize sincerely, and make things right. A big shout-out to Kevin, Sergey, Jo-Jo, & Little Bear's mom. Together, they're a well-oiled machine and make tackling the morning rush seem so easy.

• Great Facilities - Especially after recent renovations, this location boasts an ample amount of various seating options (indoors and out-) for large groups lounging and chatting the time away, individuals quietly working on their laptops, and everyone in between (pets and kids, too). The bathroom is always clean, well-stocked, and maintained often.

Again, a 5-star place with a 5-star crew. I always look forward to starting my day here.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. It's has such a calm aesthetic and the people are amazing. If you go there enough they not only remember your name but your drink order too. Their outside area is perfect for meetings or group projects and the renovation makes the place feel homey and chic.

The layout is very open and relaxed. Tons of seating and comfortable chairs and setting all around. The staff is friendly, but not overbearing. They always have staff cleaning the tables and sweeping. A very good starbucks!

I liked this Starbucks due to the atmosphere that was cultivated. The furniture was not shoved in to maximize the number of people that could be in there drinking coffee, but to actually allow people who were drinking coffee, to enjoy a good sit and chat. Looking forward to going back again next time I have a hot drink craving!

Just a fair warning I didn't buy anything when I visited this place. I was on my way to meet a friend and he was running late. So I waited around the area and walked around, when suddenly nature called and I really have to go the bathroom. Due to COVID most places don't allow their bathroom to be used, but this Starbucks location said I could use their bathroom. I was so grateful since it would be a few more hours until I can get home.

I wanted to buy something since I already used their bathroom, but I'm afraid if I drink, then I'll have to go again, and I'm quite full since I just ate. The staff didn't give me a hard time even that's the case, so I was quite relieved. This particular Starbucks is actually a Roastery, which there are only a few here in the Bay Area, so I will definitely try to go back in the future.
