Great customer service experience from Jesse! He helped me set up my new service/phone/accessories and was sure to throughly answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond to help make it a smooth transition for me and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was expecting much longer as I’ve waited several hours to even just upgrade my phone at other cell phone providers. I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for all of your help, Jesse!

Both Jared and Alicia have been very professional and helpful to me the last couple of days. I lost my phone and Alicia pointed out that I was eligible for a replacement. After ordering the replacement via the AT&T-Asurion Insurance, I needed to use Alicia's personal phone to resolve some matters with Asurion to receive my replacement. Then, after receiving my new phone Jared helped me with the setup and answered questions. Both employees were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Go to the Los Gatos AT&T store for any sort of service.

I recently needed to upgrade my phone and went to this location. The service was outstanding. AJ was the rep who helped me with my upgrade and made sure I understood all aspects of the new phone, including plan change, and insurance. He explained the differences between my old phone and the new phone and made sure I had all my charging cables and necessary accessories. Outstanding service!

Went to AT&T to add a phone line and upgrade my phone. AJ was my representative and was very nice and helpful. He really took the time and walked me through all the steps and options. I appreciated the feedback, his help, and patience. I left very satisfied with the service. If you go to this store, make sure to ask for AJ!

Jason and Oliver are AWESOME! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we've had in a LONG time and they were Super Knoledgeable about all the different phones. It was refreshing to see. I just changed over from Sprint that I had been with for Years due to the Lack of customer service I received. Oliver and Jason are Huge assets to your company! You are Fortunate to have them. They are a Great Team! Thank You for showing me Customer Service still exists.

Evelyn helped me resolve a big problem with a phone exchange/purchase/ return. Over the course of 2 visits in the same day, and with several hours of communication with various levels of AT&T, Evelyn finally was able to get approval for me to return the phone. Without Evelyn's efforts, I would have been stuck with an $800 bill to pay for the phone that I did not want.

Jason was amazing in help us out with my 97 year old mother in law on a phone upgrade. He was busy when we got there with two phone lines going and no other help in the store.
