Major bathroom remodel was not without a couple minor issues. In the end, however, we are more than satisfied with the final product. Excellent craftsmanship resulting in a high end product. While a little higher in cost that we wanted to spend, the final result was well worth the time and money. Cudos to Jeff Combs and Dan Mella , professionalism at its best. Thank you DreamMaker.

DreamMaker has a lot of options for renovating your space. We had the privilege of working with Nathan, his expertise and genuinely kind demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend DreamMaker to assist you in seeing a lot of ways to remodel. In the future we would not hesitate to work with DreamMaker again.

We are very impressed with our new kitchen. It is gorgeous!
The carpenter Dan was great and very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always on time and constantly working. The contractor the helped with plumbing, tile and electrical were good.
I would recommend Dream Maker to everyone.

The team at DreamMaker was great to work with from start to finish. I wanted to move the existing galley kitchen to another, larger room in then house and turn the old kitchen into a mudroom/storage zone. Through the weekly planning meetings, Curt and Chris were able to take my ideas and turn them into reality. The whole demo and construction team were polite and professional, with respect for the fact we were living in the house during the process. When a few hiccups to the plan arose - inevitable when doing work on an 80 year old house - they all did a great job of finding solutions to keep the project on track.
The finish product gave me two new spaces with more storage than I've even had, while still keeping the character of an older home. I couldn't be happier!

We recently had our bathroom enlarged, which included creating a new wall, drywall installation, moving the toilet, removing the old tub, and installing a walk-in shower, along with all the associated plumbing and electrical work. The design team did a fantastic job of creating concept drawings of our vision and offering us a large selection of material options. David Rosas was our lead carpenter on the project, and we noticed that he takes pride in the work he does. He was knowledgeable and professional, and his quality of work was exceptional. Also, at the end of each day he made sure that all debris from the construction work was vacuumed or swept up, and his tools were neatly packed into a corner of the project, making this job feel so much less invasive. We enjoyed working with David, and we truly love our new walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend the DreamMaker team for your bathroom or kitchen remodel.

We recently had one of our bathrooms updated with new flooring, fixtures, sink/stool, and a much-needed walk-in shower. We decided it was in our best interest to go with DreamMaker since nothing had been done to this bathroom in 60 years and wanted a crew that knew what the heck they were doing if they ran into any problems -- which we were expecting, but pleasantly surprised when nothing horrible was found. Paying extra for quality and experience is a no-brainer, and our decision to go with DreamMaker Springfield was the correct one in our opinion. Working with Brooke Peterson from design to decision on what products we wanted was very easy. Our Lead Project Carpenter, Kevin Glasgow, was awesome to work with, was very professional in every way, provided us pics & details of what was going on every day, and easily explained a problem to us when anything was discovered during our project. Every one of the plumbing, electrical, and drywall finishing crews involved with the upgrade were very nice to work with too. Sorry about the omg heavy cast iron bathtub removal Kevin! We would definitely recommend DreamMaker of Springfield. Very happy customers!

I had helpful reviews from two friends and two neighbors who had DreamMaker remodel their bathrooms. My friends and neighbors told me DreamMaker set a timetable for their projects and kept to it, their workers cleaned up at the close of each workday and their work was high in quality. Since I had information from multiple people I knew well, I chose DreamMaker for my bath and laundry area makeovers. Their positive reviews turned out to be the case with my project as well.
My project spaces were small but needed several different kinds of workers to be coordinated: Designer, Betsy Scobbie; Lead Carpenter/Installer, David Rosas; a plumber; an electrician; a gas company worker to reroute a gas line; a roofer to reroute a dryer vent; a painter and finally, Field Supervisor, Dan Mella, who signed off to assure everything met DreamMaker standards.
When David began removing my old bathroom tiles, taking the walls down to the studs and removing my cast iron tub, he found several unwelcome surprises. It’s an understatement to say the crew that built my house had some hairbrained construction ideas. David made corrections with the ease only a professional can do. David met every challenge my ~60-year-old home presented with skill and expertise, e.g., he artfully blended my home’s original woodwork, no longer available, with the new and different sized trim I wanted installed. In addition to being adept at his work, David was personable and kept excellent communication with me for every decision I needed to make during my 15-day project. I’m very pleased with my laundry area and bathroom makeovers for accessibility, storage and aesthetics.
I highly recommend the DreamMaker team and David to anyone considering a home improvement project!

Updated review Nov 2022:
After the success of our previous project with DreamMaker 2 years ago (see original review below), we didn’t hesitate to come back to them for a remodel of our sorely outdated master bathroom. Nate gave us some great ideas, helped guide us through the selection process, and we ultimately decided on a design that gutted everything. The project involved relocating/replacing the toilet, removing the whirlpool bathtub, replacing the shower, relocating/replacing the vanity, replacing the flooring, installing a cabinet with lots of drawers/storage space, replacing electricals, painting, and more. Luke was here day in and day out, working hard to get everything done correctly and on time – and always with a smile. Eric was fantastic in planning out all the activities and staying on top of the progress. All the coordination with the various parties couldn’t have been easy, but everything ran like a well-oiled machine. And, of course, we’re super pleased with our new bathroom!

Original review from Fall of 2020:
This was our first experience with DreamMaker, and it was great from start to finish. Our project involved replacing flooring along with completely remodeling our daughter's (and guest) bathroom. We appreciated Angie's sense of style and patience with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted. The design process was very professional and detailed. Once the work began, Eric kept us in the loop on progress and what was coming up next. And David did a fantastic job of doing the bulk of the hard work. The project completion was well within the expected timeframe of the project, and the end results were better than we expected! Next project...our master bathroom!

This is the second bathroom DreamMaker has renovated for us. Both times My wife and I were extremely impressed with their work. Our most recent project was estimated to take approximately 10 days to complete. Everything except painting was complete in the 10 days. The painter required part of an extra day to complete his work.

Every single day, there was someone hard at work. Our project involved a lead carpenter, electricians and plumbers, and everyone worked together. All trades were here on the days the were expected, and everyone was very polite and professional.

Thank You DreamMaker!

Just had a walk-in shower installed. David is very professional, he did awesome work, he cleaned as he went, every night he made sure everything was picked up and out of my way. David was a pleasure. I would highly recommend him to do work to anyone.

Brooke knew what I wanted more than I did. He listened to my ramblings & ended up showing me the countertop I fell in love with. It is beautiful. After the decision was made, the process was handled by Brooke. All demo & installation men were easy to work with. I love my kitchen countertop & everyone who has seen it loves it too. Good job Brooke!

Our double bath remodel involved a hall bath serving two of our three upstairs bedrooms and a primary bath connected to our largest bedroom. We built our thirty-two year old home with a barely flexible budget and the bathrooms were way down on our top ten list.
From the beginning, we were impressed with DreamMakers approach to remodeling. We started with a visit to their showroom, a discussion of the scope of the project, and a first home visit with our designer, Nathan. Nathan’s guidance throughout the entire process was invaluable and his friendly recommendations coupled with our suggestions produced terrific results. By moving a wall and eliminating unnecessary doors, Nate took our primary bath from a two to a ten.
Our hall bath also received a do-over, tearing out a one piece bath/shower and replacing with tile, new fixtures, and for the first time ever, natural light from an awning style window.
The timeline for this project was approximately six weeks and met all reasonable expectations with about a 99% completion rate.
Dan M. was our lead carpenter, highly skilled and an absolutely great communicator.
More than once his skills went way above demo and construction as he directed an influx of other skilled workers and knew exactly what they needed to do to accomplish their assignments.
Eric A. was the project manager, on site whenever necessary, in contact via telephone or text on a regular basis. A couple of immediate problems arose needing his attention, they were met with timely and reasonable suggestions.
Special mention should be included for Brandon B. who installed the tile, Phillip, our drywall expert, and Luke C., a terrific painter.
DreamMaker has earned our highest recommendation and our thanks for a job (project) well done.

Had a great experience working with designer, Heather, and contractor, Dan Mella. Both were extremely professional and personable. Heather was helpful with all the decisions involved in the installation of a basement kitchen. Dan was an amazing "jack of all trades" installing cabinets, backsplash, floors, etc. I am very appreciative that the Dream Makers crew was here to guide me through my kitchen installation process.

Dream makers renovated three baths for my wife me. Staff and technicians were kind, considerate and professional. We recently experienced an issue requiring a significant repair. Without hesitation, Jerry Ortmann responded, diagnosed the problem and provided a solution at no charge. That’s true service!!

I was very fortunate to work with Kevin on the initial design of the bathroom. He worked with my budget and listened to my suggestions. He hade a lot of materials and options to pick from. We met quite a few times, but he made our huge master bathroom project seem effortless. Once I was on the books the project started within the next 6 months after our initial meeting. David did all the demo of our master bathroom. He kept the mess to a minimum and my husband and I were able to sleep in our bedroom during the renovation. Other places I had gone to said we would have to move out of our bedroom. David was professional and stayed with me while I spoke to the plumbers and electricians. He did a wonderful job of explaining the process. Eric was our Project Manager and made sure the project flowed with minimal hiccups. I was thankful for him on many occasions when messes were taken care of before it became a problem. Dream Kitchen and Bath Makers even sent a cleaning crew to make sure the master bathroom was cleaned to our liking. She was the cherry on top. She was very thorough and excited to be part of the project. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m ready to start renovating our kitchen. That’s how easy they made the process. I love our new master bathroom.

We worked with DreamMaker on our recent kitchen remodel and half-bath install. Our rep left between contracting and the start of construction, but Curt, Eric, and team made sure everything we needed and wanted was taken care of - they were always focused on my happiness as the customer (and I'm not an easy customer). I would recommend them if you are looking for a team who cares about delivering quality and a good experience.
