The selection is impressive, today was my first time visiting the store and it was clean as could be. I Found a Elijah Craig single barrel/private barrel, just released this month that I've been anticipating and a store pick to boot . The staff and manager were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will absolutely be giving them some repeat business, and would advise anyone to give them a try if you haven't already.

Just started shopping here. They have the best selection in town! They also have brewing supplies. The prices are not outrageous also

They have a great selection of coffee syrups and sodas as well as wine, beer, and liquor. The staff is always super helpful as well.

The staff has always been helpful and they have always had what I have been looking for.

They also have the best selection of Torani syrup in the area. If your entertaining for people who can't or don't drink or you have some kids and want to make the kiddos mocktails it's a good place to hit up.

Did anyone else notice that many of the 1 star review are also plugging Benny's?

Selection is excellent. It is both broad and deep. Prices are... Mmm OK. Reasonably fair for both buyer and seller. I shop here regularly because i can get my old favorites, or search for something new.

I like the excellent selection of IPAs. Two Hearted Ale, aaworld class IPA from Bell's Brewery of Michigan, Founders of Michigan, and selections from Point Brewery in Wisconsin and Four Hands and Urban Chestnut breweries in St. Louis.

We are from out of town/state. In our two visits here we stopped by both times. This place has everything and the staff is crazy friendly and helpful!

This isn't a knock on Friar Tucks, but I found it strange that ALL the hard liquor is either locked up or has that buzzer thing on it that sets off the alarm if you leave the store with it. Is booze theft that bad in this little town? Lol

Anyway, great experience both times we've been there. Highly recommend.

Great selection and decent prices. It is pleasant to shop here, as it is not crazy busy all the time. The manager is very helpful and has helped me choose a decent wine on more than one occasion.

Friar Tuck had my favorite wine, the only place in Springfield that sold it. Very clean, great selections, very neat and organized.

Love this place! Trisha, the manager is so helpful. She always has great suggestions of new wines to try. The store is never crazy busy, so if you do have a question, its very easy to find someone. The Saturday tastings are fun too, and informative!

A local favorite with a large selection of wines you are sure to find one you will enjoy. There are cigars and other gifts.

It is a well stocked with wines, liquors and other spirits. You will find selections grouped together by type so you do not have to search the whole store for your favorite.

Ask any clerk about your selections they can assist you and even point out the many locally sourced wines in our area.

I really enjoy coming here. Whether it's a decent priced bottle of wine, a 12 pack, or a gift for a friend this place has it. It's not pretentious, is reasonably priced, and has an amazing variety.

I have been desperately looking for a specific wine. I found it here! The wine selection is unlike anything I've seen. Brian was very helpful and informative. He made my selection much easier! I will be back. Worth the long drive for me.

I went in today and was looking for a certain product. It was out. I asked a employee Nick and he was so helpful. He went in the back and found me a six pack. Then as I was in the check out line the cashier Chad was amazing as well. There were 2 people in front of me and his great charisma made everyone smile. It was great.

Planning my husbands 50th and had been looking for items for gift bags. Contacted Friar tuck and spoke with Trisha. THANK GOODNESS!!!! She quickly assisted me & had absolutely what I needed much more reasonable than a competitor for the quantity of items needed.
