Like others here, there's something really special about Brooke and her healing methods! She's one of the few massage therapists that lets you FINALLY relax and drift into another brain-space. By the end you feel like you're floating!

She does techniques that stretch out the muscles and finds the pain spots to release for lasting relief. At first I went for an hour, and then because I was experiencing chronic pain started upping it to two hours...and now I can NEVER go back to one! If Brooke did three hours, sign me up!!! haha!

I’ve been going to Brooke for several years now and have been following her around the Seattle area ever since. Brooke is hands down the best masseuse of the many I have visited over the years. I have now been going regularly to her over the past 5 years and always have a blissful experience. She has the best mix of soft and strong touch with an innate ability to find and eliminate muscle trouble spots. Her work has helped me with old sports injuries, work tension/stress, carpal tunnel, headaches, pulled muscles, and everything else. Not only is she great at massage but she also creates a warm and comfortable space with her good energy, nice music, and soothing oils (some of which are her own blends)! Brooke is AMAZING! I've never had a massage therapist (and I've had many through the years...) who was so good at Finding exactly what needs work. Even areas I wasn't aware of!

I've been going to her for a while now, so I feel the need to leave an "experienced" review. So this may be a bit long but stay with me...

I can tell you the relief wasn't just a "one-time" thing. I am kind of a tough case, with the type of work I do and the fact that I have a slight scoliosis problem. It takes alot to get my back and neck to feel better.

She has a very unique technique. Her claim of helping your body "heal itself" is so true!! She doesn't do the typical forcing the muscles to stretch out but somehow seems to calm them. Even the areas that are causing a lot of pain. I also don't have the soreness that I've often had after my massages. My body actually feels better for DAYS after my massages! Since I've been going to her, the amount of areas, and level of pain I feel in them has actually decreased immensely.

The other thing is that I've gone to a lot of acupuncturists for my troubles as well, and have to say that she seems to hit the same "spots" as the "meridian" spots my acupuncturist hits. I almost feel like I get the same type of relief I feel from acupuncture. I'm not sure if she does acupressure or something, but she definitely hits the same spots my acupuncturist hits!

Basically her technique, how it feels, and the relief I get are so unique it's hard to describe in just a few words.

Brooke is honestly the best massage therapist (out of about 20 over the years) I've had when it comes to both the massage itself AND the lasting relief I get afterwards.
