Hertz Car Rental - Seattle - Aurora HLE

Called in to inquire about a rental and spoke with Jazz. Jazz was incredibly informative and helpful, providing me with genuine answers to my questions and offering wise suggestions on how to proceed. It was refreshing and informed my next steps in the process of renting a car. Thank you for the help!

I don’t understand any bad reviews. This is the hertz to go to. Very professional, clean car, and accommodating. I was running late for my reservation and having a pretty hectic day and when I got to hertz the door was open waiting for me, as promised! The new hertz agent( I don’t know her name) was very welcoming and the other hertz agent who assisted me with my reservation was awesome, happy, and helpful. Thanks guys!

Been here renting two times renting with different employees, both times the experience have been quick and easy. Got the car each time no problem and return was quick too.

We just returned our rental, and I can honestly tell you the staff is rocking it. Two people running a busy store is not easy. We did not have any issues with our rental. Better yet, we got an upgrade!

I've used Hertz for well over 4 years. With the many locations that I've used, the staff have always been beyond professional. As a fast paced environment, both by volume of people and calls, one should understand it's not easy for them. As customers, with a high level of demand, due to our own circumstances, I'm always grateful for their customer professionalism.

I got a great deal from here and was able to extend because the shop for the wrong part and then return early from that extension bcz they got out fixed quicker than they thought. No issues and the woman that helped me was very friendly and easy to work with.

I honestly do not understand any of the bad reviews. My experience was nothing but outstanding from start to end. Having booked a premium sedan for 20 days, I was upgraded to a premium SUV at no extra charge. The car was new, in perfect condition and worked like a charm. The Hertz representative at the desk(Jordan) was polite and courteous throughout our interaction and made sure to explain clearly different charges that might be add-ons before I started the rental. I would definitely rent here every time I'm in the city.

I rarely leave review but the management and staff at this Hertz are pretty impressive. Every time I've rented here, they have been attentive, kind, and go the extra mile in some way or another. Last time I was late picking up my rental, there was a long line but they still greeted everyone and handed out waters and made sure everyone was okay. The thoughtfulness made my day.

Dae helped me on the thanksgiving on a last minute reservation, very happy with the service.

We were coming all the way from Maryland with no efficient means of transportation, and the lyft fees are ridiculous. The folks at this Hertz in the Seattle-Aurora area were extremely accommodating with our situation. Daniel and his staff were extremely professional and patient during our car rental process. Superb customer service and quality cars with great prices. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you all for everything!

The communication with staff (Jordan) was outstanding, and he was quick to accommodate my late arrival. The vehicle was ready, and in excellent condition. There wee no surprises on the checkout - speedy and accurate.

Clearly there has been a change in leadership or staff at this branch - the many poor reviews do not reflect the outstanding service you get today from Hertz/Aurora. They are a true 5-star organization!

The staff is simply the best there is. I've had to rent several times over the last few weeks due to my truck being in the shop. They are always welcoming and make sure I am satisfied with my rental when I pick it up and when I drop it off. They have made Hertz my go to when I travel now.

In the past I have had nothing but terrible experiences with Hertz (mainly LAX) but in stark contrast to the past, Jake at this rental office is the bees knees! Super nice guy and very understanding. The rental office was super busy and he was the only one working but still went above and beyond to help us get the perfect vehicle for our vacation. I highly recommend this location and any location Jake works haha!

The car I ordered wasn't available so Asst. Manager Cassandra upgraded me to a 2019 Cadillac for my three week road trip. This car was WONDERFUL. Cassandra's pleasant customer service skills and friendly demeanor certainly made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this location!

Really nice and accommodating. Even picked me up to take me to location to pick up car. Small office, but easily accessible. Even found out I rather like Camry's. . . Just dont ever get a flat tire. But I also didn't "spring" for the insurance.. or end up utilizing their roadside assistance. So who knows...

We were supposed to get the rental at SeaTac, but it ended up here in north Seattle. Montayes totally saved us! He was so professional and nice! He set us up with an upgrade that needed to be returned to the airport. It was a win win! Saved us so much time on the return!

Professional staff! Even through a difficult customer, they were professional about getting the customer needs taken care of. I personally appreciated what they did for us, even after the incident they (and us) experienced. Professionalism goes a long way! I wish I got the employee's name, thank you!
