We had to conduct an exchange. The employee who helped us went above and beyond to help us find a shirt that fit my son better. He was extremely helpful and polite. He is pictured boxing up the shirt he helped us find and properly fit.

This was my first purchase at Brooks Brothers and it was a great experience. Mrs Kim Wolverton treated me and my wife very well, with great kindness, she made a great impression on us and when we arrived at my house and saw her business card we realized that She was the store manager, excellent service

Steven is the best employee ever. They got me my tailored suit within 2 days so I could have it before my flight. They were kind, considerate, and did good work.

Although there was a failure twice to send out my tailored suit I must give this particular Brooks Brothers five stars and will only shop in the store because of sales associate Justin Knapp.

He did an incredible job taking my suit measurements as there was significant tailoring to my jacket. He pointed out different sales for me and help me pick out additional clothing that I would not have purchased without him.

And when I went back because of not receiving the suit, he apologized, when it clearly was not his fault. I spoke to another sales person who promised it would be sent and wrote off off the tailing charge because of the inconvenience of not having the suit for the holidays.

I just hope Brooks Brothers realizes what an excellent associate and representative they have in Justin Knapp.

My husband ordered his wedding tux from this store and every time we came in the employees were extremely friendly and helpful! They really got to know us as customers and it felt like they were all invested in making sure that the tux and all the things that go with it were perfect. The tux was a perfect fit and my husband is looking forward to finding another occasion to wear it to!

He also shops here for work clothes regularly and those experiences have always been pleasant as well - but the ordering and fitting for the wedding exceeded our expectations!

FANTASTIC experience with Jen and Justin at Brooks Brothers in Westfarms mall. We needed two sharp new suits, semi-custom, in a hurry, and they made it happen. Great customer service and support and guidance. Don't hesitate to go there for your suit shopping!!!

Justin was very helpful! He did a great balance between answering my questions and leaving me to check out the clothing on my own. Also, he remembered my mom, which was a sweet personal touch.

Friendliest shopping in a Covid-19 world! The store manager, Kaitlyn, assisted us and she was a peach! She advised me on how to measure my fiance for a dress shirt, and made the process seamless - no pun intended!
