Mens selection is smaller vs kids/womens.
Service is nice.
They need more registrar clerks.

I would say that, I feel sorry for the cashier , just a few customers but, she didn't look happy. Just be patient with everyone that help you out with your shopping.

H&M is a fun place to shop, with tons of option. While it is true that the quality of their products are not quite as good as the designer brands, they are still comfortable, just don't last as long.
