Friendly and helpful staff at TJ's. If you need help finding out of stock items, just ask a TJ team member. They can check for you and restock it for you if they have it in the back. Check out is usually fast and friendly and paper bags are free! They give stickers and lolly pops to kids too.

Note that right now entry to the store not obvious due to construction of all the facades in the plaza but you certainly can still get in. I don't think i have ever had a bad experience here, the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. Since the pandemic, not all items are available but the situation has improved dramatically. Prices are still reasonable here as well. This was one of the first places that took Apple Pay and to the best of my knowledge they still do not charge if you need paper bags.

Love the delicious gf products they have here and fresh flowers as well! ( : The GF products taste the best of anywhere I have ever gone and the flowers are extremely fresh! Plus, the prices are so low! Win/win all the way around! ( :

Trader joes employees are the best! Out of regular drinking water on the shelf.. the employee apologized for that which wasn't necessary and found cases to put out quickly... you can always count on this store to be friendly

This store is simply fantastic. Well stocked, super fresh food, great prices & easy checkout. 5 stars!

My second time going here . First time I had time to just walk around and look I read an article about trader Joe's the top ten things you should try or something like that and one was the orange chicken 🐔 so I went we look looked around and find the two things I thought I should try so I got the orange chicken and a chile chicken patties yet try the patties but orange chicken was amazing everyone loved it . The store was also very good we picked up a few other things and checked out very quickly

i typically avoid going to this trader joes as i feel like it’s always low on the things i needed + packed with a lot of customers. however, today i met kristen who was the absolute best worker there possible! she helped me find things i really needed, gave me tips on how to find things, & even went to the back to get me something i really wanted. she was beyond patient & sweet. i would make the 30 min drive here just for her help! 🫶🏻

Store was well stocked and clean. A little crowded in the aisles but no wait on line once i was ready to check out. Not bad for a Friday night. I got 13 snack and dessert items for just over $50... highly recommend the ube mochi pancake mix, umami rice cracker snacks, and the cheesecake cones.

It's always a pleasure shopping here. Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly.

Love Trader Joe's. The prices are good the quality is great along with customer service. They do not carry the basics like aluminum foil but they have a good selection of cooked food.

My wife and I moved to a town that was very close to trader Joe's and I personally have never been there before. Wow! the place is fantastic. Words can't describe. What a great store it is. You need to check it out for yourself and you'll see

Although this is a smaller store it is very convenient for me coming from work so I can pick the items I need and the customer service is bar none . I would truly have to say all the trader Joe's customer service is great

Great that they carry a variety of gluten free products that you can't get anywhere else. Love the double chocolate chip gluten free muffins.

Visited the store in West Hartford today and asked for assistance twice. Store employee, Corbin, was very helpful on both occasions and went above and beyond to help me. I wanted him to be recognized for his attention to customer service. Thank you.

Great prices , excellent customers service plus good and high quality products. The best thing is that this place there's always associates to take care of you. All that you need in only one place. Love it!
