My husband and I were very lucky to have Elliott to work with. He was very professional but very real. We didn’t feel that he was just telling us what we needed to hear to make a sale. He made us feel so comfortable, we felt like we were talking to a friend. Going forward we will request Elliott if we ever need to return to Bob’s and will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

This is my second time purchasing furniture from this location. Both times I’ve actually dealt with the same salesperson, Jay. He makes things very easy. I was shopping for a bed, and he gave me all the different options I had, asked me some questions of how I slept and got me the best bed for me which wasn’t the most expensive. The second time that I went, there was a computer issue where the entire network was down. Instead of having me wait, he gave me a call once the computers were back up, so we can complete the process over the phone.

This has been a 3-year project trying to find simmering we both liked for our dining room and living room. We walked in expecting to leave without finding something we both liked. Working with Brian was amazing. He was a perfect fit that complemented us in our search. We were able to find both a dining room set and a sectional for the living room without any stress. I highly recommend working with Brian.

Haven’t received my pieces yet but was extremely pleased by the service in the store. They gave me my space but as soon I was ready I had all the help I could ever need. Elliot was fun, pleasant and got me even more excited about the purchases I made!

The salesman that helped us was wonderful! We were looking at couches in the outlet, and he was still willing to go the extra mile. He had to run cords all over the place to make sure the recliners we were interested in were working and of course there were 6 separate ones! He was friendly and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a very positive experience at Bobs with Brian as my sales associate. He was a great resource and a huge help. I never felt pressured or followed around the store, but he was very accessible if I needed anything or had a questions. He helped me with picking out and ordering items, and made the whole process simple. I ordered a full bedroom, dining room, and living room set and was in and out in under 2 hours. I had the pleasure of working with the sales associate, Liz, at the Manchester store. Liz was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as I roamed the store and approached her with a multitude of questions. There was no sense of pressure while working with her. Salesperson (Mark) was very courteous and attentive to what we were looking for. We were not hurried to make a decision but allowed to consider at our own pace what we wished to do. Upon purchase the checkout process was exceptionally quick.

Had one of the best experiences buying furniture here! Aubrey was very helpful and he kept his distance while we were looking and was always ready to come and help when we needed it! Delivery was excellent and fast. We will definitely return in the future.

It's always a pleasure shopping at Bobs in Manchester CT location. My number one favorite sales representative is Kay she never ever let me leave empty handed. She always have something interesting for me to add to my home decor collections, and I don't mind 😉😅☺

Ray and Lee were fabulous! I went in to look around and managed to find the perfect furniture. I was in and out in a little over an hour and my new furniture will be here in a couple of weeks! Highly recommend!!
