I was having a problem with a mattress order. Jenny in the Mattress Dept heard my plea and saw my frustration and made a phone call on my behalf. At that point she got results for me. Jenny is a seasoned sales representative and I feel a total asset to JC PENNEY. Don't lose her.

I have been to this store for a couple of times, I like how this store in particular they have everything very organized, I have been to other JCPenney stores and they seem to have everything all over the place.
This store is very well organized. You can find everything so easily.

If I have a option to put 10 stars for the boy (WILLIAM ) I would ,he is always working on the second floor on farmington store ,He is extremely kind and polite ,always very helpful, always ready to answer your question , he need to be considered for management because he is extremely patient , his customer service is a top notch, this is the kind of stuff who want keep you want come back well done William 💯💖.

Salespeople were helpful and efficient. I liked the salon, my daughter had her hair cut and styled. I am having the same soon. Very nice!

Like the store always have options are not too bad. People could be a little more friendlier cashiers are in lot friendlier as far as service. Otherwise on the floor forget it. Shoe department could be a little more organized. Kind of hard to find shoes when the boxes are all over the place

I don't shop here much but they have great stuff

i have not been a fan of JC Penny but my sister and i decided to take a ride to the west farms mall (have not been their in a long long time) and parked near JC Penny's so we walked in the store and ended up getting what we wanted in JC Penny's. they had (have) a great clearance sale going on and of course we both bought more then we planned on. after we walked through the rest of the mall and saw pretty much a lot of HIGH end stores. JC Penny ended up being the best store in the mall.

A very clean neat well stocked store as far as clothing goes. Housewares doesn't have a large selection. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. So happy they didn't close the Waterbury store!

After having a horrible experience at Victoria's secret, I went to Penney's to look for a bra. I have had breast reduction surgery that didn't end well, and I needed a certain type of bra. Lauren (?) was the sales lady in the bra department, and she was amazing! She fitted me properly, helped me select different styles to try on. After leaving VS in near tears because of the rude sales people, Lauren was an angel. It's nice to experience such wonderful customer service!

Only positive things to say about the store itself and the sales associates. However, I will NEVER order anything online again based on that fiasco of an experience. What happened with the order was no one’s fault at the store and the sales associates were very helpful trying to correct the issue. It took four of them and they were all very patient and worked well together as a team.

BIG sale this Saturday 11/13. Took advantage. bought sneakers & boots. Size Wide not available at store. cashier r was very patient & rung up my order.

Great. Easy return process.Tara was smart and helpful. Mike was smart at return desk and helpful with finding items I was shopping for.

I always walk away from a JCPennys visit very happy. This time was no different. Got everything I needed for my new 2020 wardrobe and even a few items for my hubby's wardrobe. Their clearance section is really something special. I've never left the store empty handed.

Love the selection of clothes even clearance racks are normally pretty well stocked I like how they have a pretty big plus size clothing also

LaToya from the jewelry department was a sheer delight! My husband to be need a wedding band with our wedding being a day away. We were a bundle of nerves to say the least. LaToya was heaven sent🕊 She swiftly accessed the situation and guided us to an amazing and affordable purchase. We were completely delighted. Give her a promotion/raise/Christmas bonus! She deserves it!

Fast courteous service. Well labeled sections in clothing. Displays were tidy. Easy to browse and find things for my children in both the shoes and clothing departments. Bathroom in infant section was satisfactory in cleanliness.

The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. Even with my items being on sale and clearanced the sale associate offered me a coupon. I got a crazy great deal, basically almost 70% off. I also had an excellent experience with both the staff and the quality of the jewelry there. This JCP is wonderful and organized.

I've always shopped at Penney's since my grown daughters were babies. Now I'm shopping for my grandsons. There were great sales today. I found clearance items that were an additional 50% off. The sales associate, Jackie, who checked me out was super helpful.

Went there in a pinch when i had a wardrobe malfunction. I found my section quickly and found what i was looking for even quicker. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clearance racks were horribly messy and near impossible to sort through though.
