Pretty big location. Lots of variety. My visit was efficient and enjoyable. The store layout was organized, making it easy to find items. The staff was helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Checkout was swift, and the variety of products available met my needs. A positive and convenient shopping destination.

Great place to shop for quick pick up. Wonderful customer service store is clean and organized. Some items are on the pricey side, but the store has great products.

To all customers who shop at TARGET, if you ever purchase any products in the electronics department, meet the dual team “Juliet & Audry” their expertise in knowledge of products they sell in the electronics department is phenomenal. The Quality of how they engage with customers is exceptional.

Was very impressed with Target in New Britain. Made it a point of visiting their Optical Center to pick out my new prescription 👓 eyeglasses & 🕶 🌞 sunglasses... then Starbucks for a Mocha Frappuccino!

Honestly, I don't know why I like shopping here but I really like shopping here. Great flow and ease of finding what I need and what I didn't know I needed

1st time here, and I really like the food selection. Reminded me of out West and the have a Starbucks as you are walking out. Yum

I mean it's Target. They had what I was looking for in stock. Quick, clean, and easy self checkout.

I was actually impressed with how clean and organized this location was. Far better than the Torrington location.

I came in today with a return that took some time to process because I didn't have all of the information needed. The young man Tahz (sp?), had to look up the product,and that took a while. I was so impressed by how kind and patient he was the entire time. Another young man came over and helped as well, by calling a manger to ask what his co-worker should do, even she was nice! With all of the negative reviews out there (not this store, in general), I felt like I needed to give these young men, and this store a shout-out, for their stellar service.👍🏼 🥰

love the cleanliness and organization of the store. it's bright and easy to find things, layout doesn't change drastically so I always know where to find stuff. store brand and collabs with other designers are amazing. honestly myself and numerous friends of mine joke about not being able to go in for just the one thing we need. it's a great store.

Great store, huge in size and very clean. Possibly the best Target I've ever shopped in, I was in town from NY and needed something and it was much nicer than NY or NV Targets that I've been in.

The convenience of being able to pick up same day without scheduling a time is great! It was quick and convenient. Paid for everything in the app so I basically pulled up and to pick up my stuff. The employee came out with my order before I even pulled into a parking space. This service is very quick, free and the best part, no contact! I just popped open my trunk, got my stuff loaded and took off. Definitely recommend.

Last June I visited this Target from out of town and promised a review - albeit a late one - of their amazing customer service, particularly in the Optical Department, where the women were very kind and helpful. I was in a bind and they went out of their way to help me fix it and basically saved me from having a horrible experience on vacation. If you're needing glasses, contacts, or whatever, go see them!

Quick and easy for us to get to. Always has everything we need. The store is kept clean and the employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. Plus i love getting good deals using the cartwheel app! Now that they opened self checkout, it's much easier to just run in and out, and the lines aren't as long!

Target has good products at good prices. The cashier manning the self-checkout was great! I didn't really interact with her, but I did see her interact with the other customers. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't catch her name, but she should get some recognition for doing a really great job!

Easy to order, Order filled in about two hours, easy as pie pickup using the app. I wish they had more variety, but that doesn't diminish the quality of the service in any way!

This is a huge store. Honestly, I have never been through the whole store because I go for the Optical department. I buy my glasses and frames there instead of my optometrist because the prices are much better for the same brand names, like Coach, RayBan, Vogue, etc. They take my insurance and I believe they have good deals for people without insurance as well. I need progressive lenses which are expensive and I save about $300 on my glasses and prescription sunglasses buying at Target instead of doctor's office. The place is kept spotless and the employees are friendly & knowlegable. They never rush you either. They really work with you to find the best frames for the best price. They will even try different options within your insurance and their program in order to get you a good deal. My family and I have been going there for years because that type of service deserves loyalty.
