Very good care. Very good explaining what to expect. They focus on you feeling comfortable. The nurses were wonderful they always knew what you needed without asking. All of the surgical team were very good making you feel comfortable and ready for the procedure. Good experience.

Brought a relative in for chest pain. The nicest most professional staff. Quick and very accomodating. They treated us like we were family. I love this place and would highly recommend to anyone. I was blown away at how quickly they attended to us. Can't thank them enough !!!!

The staff was excellent but they’re always excellent. I love Manchester Hospital because I always get the best service I could possibly get there. The staff is always kind thoughtful and thorough, so yes, I am absolutely satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend Manchester Hospital, to anyone who needs their services!

Had medical procedure done on 3/28/2024. All hospital staff were nice, friendly and professional. Felt I was in very good hands. It being a smaller hospital, easy to find your way around and not crowded with people.

Went in for a procedure that I wouldn't normally have. Staff was amazing at handling my bad jokes considering I was too dehydrated to cry about it (lol). I was taken in early, treated with respect and dignity. I was given all of the information I requested and discharged quickly.

Your best asset is your people. The nurses in the operation room, prep room, recovery room. All of them. Absolutely wonderful. They deserve every respect for their kindness and compassion. My doctor, Doctor Little is the best. She bent over backwards for me at every turn. Overall, it was a good experience after a bad wrist break.

Amatory services was pretty amazing and we’re friendly. The nurses all had especially good bedside manners. They took a really good care of me and explain the process all the way through. Even at check-in was able to tell us the link of surgery and let my significant other know options about being with me, and the doctor called him when surgery was over.

I had surgery there on 3/5/24. I would highly recommend this hospital. The nurses and my Doctor were kind and helpful. They took the time to explain things. Great experience.

I chose to seek a new Wound Care Clinic after being unhappy with the care I received in Albany, NY, where I live. I drive to CT to receive Orthopedic and Pain Management Care and decided to schedule an appointment with Manchester Memorial's Wound Care Center. The process was simple, quick and comprehensive. They were able to coordinate my visit with my already scheduled Orthopedic Appointment in Waterbury. Michele, Minerva and Dr.Lee were very kind and friendly, organized, thorough, listenedes to what I had to say, and were CLEAR when instructing me on how to care for my wounds and change my dressings at home. They worked with me before the appointment to make sure they were an In Network provider with my Insurance Company. They also submitted a request to have my insurance company cover the cost of my supplies, which is HUGE! Ive had pressure ulcers on my legs since September and the cost of gauze, tape, Prescription and Non Prescription Cleansers and Ointments adds up quickly. No other provider I saw offered to check into this for me.

At the end of my appointment I received clear, written instructions to follow at home and I felt cared for as a patient, and as a person.

I am Very Grateful for the staff at Manchester Memorial. They were amazing when I was not feeling well. The ER staff Diagnosed the ISSUE and they found me a SURGICAL TEAM on a Sunday. Just like that I am fixed up and happy to be home for my Recovery ❤‍🩹 For the 4 days I was in the hospital the Whole Staff were curtious and helpful and they made sure I had what I needed. They were Informative and Explained everything I needed to make a Full Recovery ❤‍🩹 Thank you Manchester Memorial Hospital for your services.

I've always been treated with respect and concern for my comfort. Everyone I've Interacted with has always listened and provided the information or help I've needed without judging me or belittling me. I appreciate the care I have received at MMH and their affiliates over the decades I've been a patient.

Great experience with the sonogram tech who conducted the echocardiogram of my heart. Check-in was quick and I was greeted by the badging crew when I entered the hospital. Good processes that streamline patient access to services.

I had surgery on February 22nd at Manchester hospital. Every single member of the staff I encountered was amazing. They made me feel safe, comfortable and cared for.

When I was cancelled for a colonoscopy at a different location and having prepped for it, Manchester Hospital worked with my doctor to get it done the same day so I didn’t have to prep again. Everyone was very nice there and everything went smoothly even though I was not originally scheduled. So thankful for them!

Update: I had another minor surgery yesterday and everything I said about the first one below still holds true today. Nicest people, excellent care and kindness in!

I had minor surgery at the Ambulatory Surgical Center at MMH. From the reception I received when I entered the building to the send off when I went home hours later, every encounter with a staff member was delightful, professional and personal. I felt valued, taken good care of and appreciated. These are women and men who love their jobs and more than that, care about the people they serve. "Best care anywhere" (look it up, kids!😁)

Went into the ER,and was promptly taken care of. Ended up getting admitted due to a surgical procedure and all the doctors, nurses and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I don't really like hospitals, and I was impressed by how comfortable the staff made me feel.

Anytime I have ever had to use Manchester Memorial Hospital. It’s always been a positive experience. All of the people are very, very polite very friendly, very nice and very helping and very compassionate. I have encountered some of the most wonderful nursing staff and doctoral staff ever at this hospital. And I would recommend it highly to anybody who needs it Services

I was in for a procedure yesterday in the GI endoscopy unit at Manchester Memorial Hospital and was impressed with the care, communication and competence of the medical team there. They were personable yet efficient, from the greeting to the science itself. I could not have been in better hands, which means that patient stress was not a factor. My appreciation to them all.

I had a procedure done at the Manchester Memorial Ambulatory Center and I have to say every single staff I came into contact with from valet to the check in people to the nurses to the doctors were very nice and down to earth everyone had a smile on their face it was a very warm and welcoming environment and I wish more medical facilities were like this when people aren’t feeling well this is the kind of atmosphere they need I couldn’t thank them enough

I walked in for x-rays and was greeted immediately with polite friendly people. After checking in I was immediately escorted to the room for the X-rays by yet another welcoming woman. My X-rays were quick and the technician was extremely friendly. She even ran out with my sun glasses which I had forgotten in the room. Great experience! Thanks.
