American Eagle Store

I am writing this review to express my gratitude and appreciation of an employee going above and beyond. My daughter and I usually have a really hard time finding jeans and usually don’t try new fits. The young lady who helped us was Taylor , she went above and beyond to ensure we found something new and made us feel super confident. I was weary at first and didn’t know what j was looking for but she assisted in every way possible and even put together a matching fit for my daughter an I which looked absolutely fabulous. Because of her she made this shopping experience one we will not forget. Thank you Taylor for your help and advise .

Two days before Christmas, store is packed and crazy as expected and every single employee was friendly, energetic, helpful and approachable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience during an otherwise stressful shopping experience. Now my go to American Eagle !!! Jennie, Jaylen, Krystyana, Khamari, Jariana, Abbey.

My daughters and I had the best experience at American Eagle in the Westfarms Mall today. Wendy and her team were phenomenal - attentive, helped with sizes, passion for their brand, creative outfit designs, and overall compassionate. Thank you!!

I made a purchase with Dania today! She was extremely nice, very helpful. An amazing worker. Will be visiting again soon!

Omg!!! I swear Wendy is an angel sent from up above!!! We walked in and she started to help my one twin with different jeans to try on and then my other twin was looking at a shirt and she told her they are selling out so fast to grab it! Then we went into the dressing room and Wendy was literally their personal stylist, picking clothes and choosing what she thought would best fit them and she was 100% spot on! Neither of my girls like wearing jeans! They both left with two pairs of jeans and lots more!! Wendy you are amazing! We were talking later and said she was like “Fairy Godmother Wendy!” Thank you again!!

Went to American Eagle last month in May and had the best experience with the help of one of the associates. I was helped by an associate named Ashley (I believe she said she’s a sales lead or something like that) and she was very helpful and kind. I was feeling lost and out of place, as I’ve never been to an American Eagle store before and wasn’t sure I would like how any of the clothes fit on me. Ashley stayed with me and helped me pick out 3 really cute pairs of jeans and I felt so supported and seen by her. I just wanted to say, thank you so much for your help, Ashley! I really appreciated it! Looking forward to visiting the American Eagle location in West Hartford again!

I went to AE for a family shopping trip with my mom and 13 yr cousin. We were met in the fitting room by Adriana, who was super helpful and Wendy the store manager, who was FANTASTIC! Wendy helped pick jeans that fit all three of us. She was so friendly, helpful, and honest! American Eagle is lucky to have her! We can’t wait to return for our girls trip in the spring and continue to support AE!

They actually have jeans for very petite girls here!!!!!!! I want to cry LOL

Christine helped me out with a dress, she was so sweet! Helped me get different sizes, helped with feedback, reminded me to get whatever felt most comfortable for me.

Carrie was very helpful in helping me find a shirt for Thursday evening. All of the other staff were cool as well. I’ll definitely shop here again sometime soon.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in. The workers were extremely helpful in the dressing rooms and very kind.
