Dr Smith was professional and very nice. Her team members were also professional and friendly. From the beginning to the end, they were smiling all the time. I felt very comfortable. While Dr. Smith was taking the medical history, she asked questions to get to know me. It was pleasure meeting Dr. Smith and her team. See you next year :)

Love my primary care doctor, but the front desk receptionist, needs to work in the back room of a factory.
She is impossible to deal with so snide and snippy, ALL THE TIME.
I had not seen my neurosurgeon since 2011, so they wanted a "doctor referral", even though my insurance does not require, referrals.
They gave me a fax # to pass on, but she acts like she owns the whole Ct. multi-specialty group.
I wish she would transfer to the moon.
Minus one star because they have a pit-bull at the front gate now.

If I could rate place zero star i would.

Good luck with finding this BUILDING if you are a new patient, get ready to have your first appointment cancelled when you finally find the correct building. Oh also, you are banned rescheduling or making other appointment at this OFFICE!

My appointment is at 11:30 and was asked to be the office at 11:15 to fill insurance and personal info. Parked my car at 11:10, found to the office at 11:25 and was told that Dr. Evelyn F. Smith can't see me because i wasn't there at 11:15. I called their google page number as soon as i felt i can't locate the office, but it was the corporate number, i had to go through my voice mall to find the office number.

Tried to communicate with front desk and told them how hard it was to find this building since there wasn't any clear street number signs. (i drove pass it two times but didn't see it at all) They said they totally understand but there is nothing they can do, the Doctor runs this office and the Doctor decides weather or not to see a patient.

While i was waiting for staff to pass me their manager's number, Dr. Evelyn F. Smith came out and accused me of disturbing the office. Quote" i request you to leave before turning this office up side down” I didn't yell, i didn't swear, i didn't talk in anger, i didn't try to book any appointment with them. All i wanted to do was to let the managers be aware of this situation so they can do something to prevent it happening in the future. This is also what i told the manager too when she called me back.

Regarding Dr. Evelyn F. Smith, I can't comment on her medical skills. But i doubt doctors with that kind of attitude would care about their patients.

I was refused to be seen for my new patient appointment because I brought my 10 week old with me, who was asleep in her car seat. I accepted it, even though it doesn’t mention “no infants allowed” anywhere on their website. It’s not the receptionist’s fault that such an absurd policy exists. When I called to reschedule, I was simply told “We can’t rebook you at this time”, with no immediate explanation. When I asked why, I was told it was because I brought my child with me to my appointment and it was Starling Physicians policy not to reschedule. This is when I flipped. They refuse to reschedule me at all because I brought my newborn to one appointment?! Thanks so much for your caring support of new moms during an already stressful time.

Dr. Evelyn F. Smith is so rude and disrespectful. Check other reviews and change your appointment before it's too late.
