I had a great experience with the photo department at this store, and Brenda specifically was amazing! My son turned 16 on November 17, and on November 10, I created five collage posters to be printed at my local CVS . I won’t go into the details of the sh*t show that turned into, but needless to say one day before the party, I luckily spoke with Brenda at the Glastonbury store who assured me she would get my project finished on time. I sent the order in, and despite an issue with inventory of the poster size, I wanted, Brenda called me back twice to talk me through the process, and how she was going to resolve the problem. She gave me a complimentary upgrade to the next size up, and what I ended up with was a great experience with this CVS store, and five beautiful posters! Everyone complemented the posters at my son’s party because they came out so clear and brilliant. Thanks Brenda, if you have any photo needs, make this your destination for CVS photo orders.

The whole staff here is incredibly nice and helpful, special zijada , she has gone out of her way every time i've been here, asking how my parents are doing, and genuinely cares about the customer and their needs. I hope to see her one day running that pharmacy and wish more folks could be like her in today's society.

Getting prescription is quick here. I never had to wait for more than 10 minutes.

Be careful when you call and ask if they have baby formula in stock. They'll say yes, then when you go immediately after, there's none.

The cashier today seemed to be on the phone via his air pod and seemed bothered checking us out.

Pharmacy does not answer phone. customer is put on hold for long wait, and may never have call answered . Yesterday my cardiologist called in an urgent med and pharmacy failed to fill it intime for pickup. I am an amputee and cannot drive. Today I can't get phone answered to request delivery. Need for better customer service.

very unreliable. two stars only because the employees, out side the pharmacy area, are very good. Seems to take forever to get some prescriptions in their inventory, even though it is a renewable subscription for a long term customer. A subscription was sent 4-5 days ago, and they still can say when it will be instock. Type II diabetes med.

The pharmacy staff was rather short with me. They said my prescription was on back-order but would not listen to my question to look for other generic brands

Oddly my previous review seems to have been removed. Came to pharmacy and asked employee to change to waiting. She said 15min. I waited 35 trying to not pester them. Finally went up and another person says they can change it waiting and have it in 15mins. Total time in store was over an hour. Never go here. My last review stated the lead pharmacist was extremely rude to my wife. He seems to no longer be here. Maybe she wasnt the only female treated this way.

Never go here for Covid tests, We asked them the cost for the covid tests and they said its free and the results will be back in 2 -3 days. Its been 7 days and we are waiting for the results. I wish they guided us better or if they don't know the answer they should have said that.

Very unorganized, They have to come up with a solution on making a way to separate the covid testing and medicine pick up. So much time is wasted waiting if you are going there to just pick up your medicine. You can easily spend 45 min to an hour waiting esp if several vehicles if infront of you are there for covid testing.
