Went here randomly for a last minute suit and had the best shopping experience. An associate named Michael (I hope I am remembering that correctly) helped my partner pull some items and just went beyond for us. The associate had a great eye and offered us great advice. Was not pushy with us at all. Very patient and kind. Nonetheless, they’ve earned themselves a lifetime customer. The clothes were all great material. Suits were 100% wool. Belts were leather. They had a fun offering of cashmere sweaters too that were priced >$200. Good fibers offered. Appreciate that as it’s getting harder to find quality clothing. They also offer tailoring.

I had one of the best shopping experiences ever because of the sales associates, Itaevla and Yari. They were both so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful while I was at the store looking for dresses for a wedding. Both ladies were absolute gems, I have nothing but great things to say about them both, and I left with two dresses I absolutely love. I would come back to shop here just for their help!

Today was my first day shopping at Banana Republic. It was probably the best shopping experience I’ve had so far. Michael was super helpful in showing me options to choose from as well as providing suggestions on fit and colors. I definitely will be coming back here and would recommend others give them a try!

This store is a great Banana Republic to go to they have great selections of clothes for men and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had more money when I went there last time I would have bought more ! it's a great place to go I would highly recommend shopping there. the store has a good selection for young men , middle age and older men. Take a look and have some fun!

I’m so pleased with the customer service of a lovely young lady named Rochelle. She was polite, helpful and accommodating. The slacks I wanted were out of stock in her store. Rochelle swiftly made arrangements to have another pair shipped to my home address.
