Had the best experience at JM in the Westfarms mall. Sage was amazing with her patience and helpful suggestions on shoes and belts.

Excellent product and even better customer service. I have been to the Westfarms location several times now, and Blair has proven to be a very knowledgeable and helpful employee who puts the customer first. Highly recommended

Could not say enough about how wonderful the customer service and selection was! 10/10 would recommend anyone to visit Johnston & Murphy if they want to revamp their style for the year ahead.

Quality shoes!

Great product but twice now I have gone to the store and it was closed when the website clearly said it was open. Not even a sign on the door explaining why. I assume a lack of personnel but frustrating for someone wanting to make a purchase. Today at last it was open!

I went to this store 10 days ago. I told them I start work in 18 days and need the shoes by then. They assured me that they'd be able to get me the shoes and placed my order in store.

One of the shoes arrived on time. The other shoe hasn't arrived. I have been giving them calls 4 times in the past week and each time a representative tells me that the other shoe is being delivered to my address soon. Finally, I give them a call yesterday and find out that the missing shoe that they ordered is backordered until October (4 months from now). This was something that the representative who ordered the shoes saw, yet he placed my order anyways even knowing my timeline.

Now I am in a difficult situation where I start work in a two days and I do not have the shoes I need. Furthermore, since this store kept telling me the shoes would get here in time each time I called them, I decided not to buy other shoes. Now, they tell me, with two days before my start date, that the shoes are backordered leaving me with no time to get other shoes delivered before my start date. Not only did they fail to deliver the shoes, they also failed to tell me the shoes were backordered until I called them for the 5th time.

I'm very disappointed. I'd caution those ordering from the store to make sure the representative knows for sure if the shoes are coming and to check in with the store regularly.
