Love this place. I brought my daughter and her best friend for my daughter 15th birthday to get a couple of things. The cashier was very nice

Friendly staff. Just check your merchandise for security tags. They hide them in clothes so well and match black tags with black clothing they can’t find them 😂😂😂 Would have given 4 stars but the girl at the counter made me laugh while taking it off 🤭🤭🤭

Not a first timer at this store.....absolutely love it! First thing I hit is the jewelry, it's different, expressive and stands out. Love the t-shirts and the atmosphere andvstaff present that allows for creativity and expression of style with no judgement.

My son is a new Hot Topic fan! The associate asked me if i needed any help to let her know so I asked the associate for assistance once I found what I wanted. She quickly found the size and the shirts one after the other! Couldn't be happier with her assistance and my 1st visit in store! They had everything I asked for which made things that much better!!

Its hot topic! The staff is young and knows their stuff!!
They will ask you about hot cash, if u have it, etc. So just answer yes/no, sometimes if u passed the threshold on the hotcash duration, they can searxh yp ur phone number to see if u got any hot cash this is only when u dont bring the physical hot cash with u, as they wouldnt do this for no reason!

This is my go to spot for trendy tights and fish net stockings. They have really cool t-shirts. I got the most amazing customer service from Julissa.

Workers are always friendly and polite. They are willing to help you find what you are looking for. I did a return and exchange all at once, very smooth transaction.

I went in there and a guy named Shane, I think, was working the store that day and he was really nice. He greeted us and asked if we needed help a couple times and when we were finished shopping he told us about some of the discounts and offers. He was really helpful and he kept his cool even though there was a really loud and disruptive family in the store that day. There was one kid who kept going behind the counter and even though he was really annoying him, the employee just told him calmly to leave every time, even though he went behind there and played with everything. Great experience besides the loud, obnoxious family

The cashier was so sweet! I wish I remembered their name! I was in a wheelchair and they offered to help me so much and made me feel so welcome!
I only wish they had a slightly bigger selection of products- it was mostly clothes and I typically go to hot topic for accessories

I received such great help from Gia, her customer service exceeded my expectations and she helped me with all the questions I couldn’t find answers for with the jewelry I was looking for! The other workers were great as well! Definitely recommend this hot topic over all the ones I’ve ever been to.

My wife loves night before Christmas and bettle juice! They have tons of accessories regarding specific characters. If you into horror/goth this store is perfect for you. Almost every mall has a hot topic.

Really cool stuff good rock concert t-shirts staff is very nice get good discounts when you sign up for Hot Topic card. Get all your piercing stuff there novelty items Dragon Ball Z all that cool stuff check them out really good store.z

Always a great find In this gem of a store. If you like fun stuff like me. Sponge Bob bikinis, Harry Potter bra and things with clips and zippers. And the best t-shirt selection in the mall.

It's one of my favorite stores, I love the selections on Funko pops and T Shirts, I will definitely return to this location.

My daughter and i love this store. You can found everything that you are a big fan of if it happens to be music, movies, body piercing stuff , hair color ect this is the store. Highly recommended.

My 11yr old Loves this place! You have to wear masks and they dont allow many people in at one time!! Awesome! This is DEFINATELY A STORE TO GO TO!!
