Take it from me I used to strongly dislike the dentist. After a friend referred me I took the first step- made my appointment. Dr. Han from the initial visit was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up needing my first root canal and 3 cavities filled( directly in the front 👎🏾). Dr. Han aka the “miracle doctor “ was beyond incredible. My smile feels complete again and my anxiety has changed about the dentist. The team at gentle care is just that gentle and caring! The reception and office manager are always greeting you with a smile. The two lovely dental assistants are incredible and will offer great tips! My goal for next year is zero cavities but I’m not very worried because I know a doc 😜. If your anything like me (nervous/anxiety ridden) don’t be and get there!!!! Take the first step and allow the team to handle the rest!

The people here are professional, personable, and helpful, from the secretaries to the techs. Dr. Han is careful, quick, and genuine, and even though his schedule is very busy, he will take the time to answer questions.

I was very happy with my experience getting a filling here, and would definitely come to Dr. Han again. They don't have an official policy on how long they guarantee the fillings, but I got the impression that if it broke or I had trouble with it in the next six months, they would be very happy to fix it for me.

**The only thing is that their phone system can only handle two calls at a time and everyone after is told to call back later: no answering services. That was a bit frustrating when I got emails and texts saying that I'm required to confirm my appointment if I want to keep my spot.

Dr Han and his staff are the best and HONEST around. My family is very happy with him and even though we have high anxiety they have had a great experience. My appointment was far out and the staff called me to move it sooner. I WONT GO ANY WHERE ELSE THEY ARE THE BEST THANK YOU GENTLECARE DENTAL

I'm scared of dentists and I actually like coming here, they're very nice and also very considerate and speedy when you have an emergency and need to be seen, everyone here is nice I've never even had a rude receptionist when I've ever called everyone has been very pleasant and the dentist is very nice and considerate and gentle as well

Dr. Han is a marvelous dentist. He is thorough, patient and does a wonderful job with my very sensitive teeth.

I can't mention enough good things about this place... like a lot of people, I have horrible anxiety at the dentist, even when I prepare ahead with meds.
The staff are really nice, super understanding and very accommodating. I've had zero pain from beginning to end of my first molar crown and I'll definitely be back for all my future dental concerns, even when I'm not local to Bristol.

Thank you Dr Han and the staff, very happy with this office. Had a flipper done (partial at bottom missing a few teeth). Very pleased with it, love how the teeth match my own teeth and the color is a true match. Everyone compliment me about it. Been here for cleanings too and Dr Han is very GENTLE, my gums don’t bleed and didn’t leave feeling pain like other places. 10 ⭐

2018 Went there yesterday for a cleaning as gentle an caring as the first time I had my teeth cleaned watch like 3 minutes of a cartoon in the chair before Doctor Han popped in . yes I would recommend them!

2019 Went there to have cleaning and bridge adjusted , would highly recommend them , very gentle and caring .

Dr. Han and the staff at this office have made going to the dentist the easiest experience I’ve had getting dental care. Scheduling is flexible and comfort is prioritized. I have never been in pain during cleanings or dental work and my concerns are always heard. I plan on being a patient at this office for a long time :)

Yes, it was truly gentle. Dr. Han has a very soft touch and it helps you relax if you are a nervous dental patient. He showed me my x-rays and explained the issue completely. I am definitely going back.

Unfortunately, I've been terrified of the dentist since I was younger from TERRIBLE experiences. An the dentist always prescribes me Valium before my visits to help in my anxiety.
I haven't been here before and my friend recommended that I give them a try. My appt is coming up on 7/19 and I'm praying I have a good experience 🤞. I hope the dentist takes anxiety seriously here.
I just want to be confident and smile again without having to hide my teeth. Hoping & 🙏 for the best.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Dr Han is very skilled and I always feel confident and secure going into his office! They also make scheduling v easy and flexible:) will stay here as long as I’m in CT!

Have had 3 visits so far and they were all pain free, very quick and informative. Everyone there is very kind and understanding, and they do everything they can to make you comfy. Def recommend if you have a fear of the dentist.
