The pizza pepperoni was good the wings were good the service was good but I asked for chicken bacon ranch pizza and got hard over cooked chicken we couldn’t even bite into a whole pizza not even my kids would eat and where was the bacon ? So the manger sent a fresh one and it was much better I would definitely get here again . Very nice people they made a mistake on a separate occasion of wrong flavor wings apologized and sent new they are good people and a great place to eat we have enjoyed everything we tried here I highly recommend best in Torrington

Pizza Palace has stood the test of time with consistent quality and their style has remained the same for years: Thick dough, ample sauce, and quality ingredients. Other restaurants may offer more experimentation, but at the cost of you not knowing what to expect from visit to visit. Great pizzas, salads, and grinders.

Definitely recommend you stop by and try their pizza. Their crust is one of my FAVORITES! While this specific pizza was not my favorite, I do enjoy the sausage. However, I just fell in love with their Greek Salad. Great service, friendly and safe environment. Will be back!

Great pizza as always and service was excellent

Food was delicious. My husband and I tried the eggplant fries as an appetizer. Definitely would order them again. My husband had ziti with meatballs and sausage. I had spaghetti and mushrooms no sauce. Little heavy on the mushrooms but very good.

I was in town this past weekend and picked up a calzone to go. One of the best cooked and tasting calzones I have ever had. With my favorite ingredients; pineapple, jalapeños and sausage. Abesolutely delicious.

They have the best Greek pizza. We ordered the supreme pizza. And they have a large selection of beer. And many kinds of beer on tap. We also ordered the garlic bread. And it was the best garlic bread ever.

Best food I’ve ever had!!! My server Taylor was really good and very attentive with her service! Couldn’t be more thankful to still have a place like this with good customer service! 10/10 recommend, best pizza in Torrington!

We love Pizza Palace. First their pizza is delicious. Some of the best we've had in Connecticut. Their salads are very good. Their grinders are good also. The staff has always been friendly. I will say some of the seats need a little refurbishment but who cares when the food is so good!

Unbelievably Awesome service!

A few weeks ago I moved and after a long day I called unknowingly that they were about to close and ordered a pizza. Unfortunately I was running late and called again to let them know my situation but they were very understanding and told me they would wait not knowing how long I would be. I arrived a hour later and they were not mad but appreciative I called! Awesome folks.

Quick and friendly service. I ordered a meatball grinder and a tossed salad. The food was delicious. I recommend pizza palace. Thank you for good food and good service 😊

A no frills restaurant with excellent food. The meatball grinder with peppers and mozz cheese are delicious as well as the pizza. All at reasonable pricing!

Had four pizzas made and sent to Northwest Hills auto or Sullivans auto in Torrington. Great service Great Pizza.

I like being able find find a regular crust pizza. Fluffy. Not a thin crust but also not that "deep dish" type pizza that's like a mattress of bread. (I like all three types but I haven't been able to find this type anywhere else.)

The sauce has a sweetness of tomatoes and doesnt lack for spice.

The cheese is stretchyyyyy. And the crust is crispy outside and soft inside.

I often try different places as I'm on the road all day with my job across CT.. this is one of my favorite stops. Sometimes I'll eat here 2 days in a row if I'm out this way. The tuna is some of the best I've found, place is clean, staff is great and out of the 100 times I've ate here they haven't once messed up my order. Price is also on point. Give it a try

They've got the best pizza in the area by far and the service was great. Wish I had found this place sooner, I'll definitely be a regular customer of this local family run business.

Big plus is that they deliver to New Hartford, not many do
