Outstanding work ... from "no car" to "Show Car" !! If Google would let me leave 10 stars instead of 5, I would !!! In one of the photos, you'll see a badly damaged rear quarter panel on my 2010 Camaro. It's not a great photo and really doesn't convey the actual amount of damage that that had to be addressed. In the other, you will see the car as it appears after the repairs... perfect !!! My thanks to Chris and the technicians and staff at Torrington Auto Body for such a great experience !!

Chris and his team did an awesome job fixing my 2024 RAV4 after it got hit by a runaway pickup truck tire. I was so upset because it didn’t even have 3K miles on it and there was no way to avoid the situation. It looks and rides great like it never happened. I highly recommend them!

Had a company box truck door and fender repaired. Dealing with the office before bringing truck in was awesome. Brought truck in and they gave us a quote and had everything set up quickly. They made us feel comfortable with the work they were about to do. We dropped truck off and the turnaround was fast. Truck looks brand new. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get work done.

Margarita was an amazing person to help me schedule to replace my bumper. Every other place I called told me it would take weeks to get my in, but Margarita got me in and replaced my bumper that week. She also worked great with my insurance. It was one of the fastest and best experiences I have had yet at an auto body shop.

I had an accident which caused extensive damage to my car. Torrington and Toyota Autobody Department went above and beyond expectations. I am very thrilled with the outcome of the work. They did it on my vehicle. It looks new again.

Long Story Warning. Short summary:
This is my body shop from now on and they have a loyal customer.

Long story:
Had a minor accident parking my car in the garage and took off my mirror on a Saturday grocery run. It hurt so bad. Don't drive before having a coffee. Anyway, scrambled and ordered an aftermarket mirror on Amazon. Monday morning, I run to the Dodge Dealership who I won't mention on Torrington CT Main St after being told on the phone that I could come in and get the mirror replaced first thing Monday for about an hr labor, and they say the next availability is next week Tuesday and the part won't be available till 2 weeks. What??? So, happenstance I drive down Main St and I see a body shop sign. I pull in and I ask the tech if they can service my car a Dodge even though they only say Toyota. He says "unfortunately, we do". I love a good joke on a Monday. It Really lifts the spirits. I show him the mirror, he says am I sure it'll fit. I am but I won't have all the features my car typically has. I just need something so my car doesn't keep driving with one ear. I assure him the OEM mirror is coming Wednesday from a part source but I just need this one installed today. He says no problem and says I should go have a seat across the road at the service shop. Around 25-30 mins later, I get the car brought over to me and the keys dropped in my hand. Mirror installed and I'm ready to go. Best service experience I've ever had and I'll be back to get that OEM mirror installed and any other body work I might need done. Thanks again and I'll see you soon for the mirror.

What a wonderful place to do business with, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant. My car looks like new on the outside and they even cleaned the inside! Makes me almost happy I backed into something!

I have been a customer with Torrington Auto Body for 16 years now! They always do great work, never had any issues! Sometimes parts can be on backorder but it's definitely worth the wait!
