Amazing staff so comforting and helped me get peace of mind. I had Heather and Alexa both were so friendly and gentle and informative !

I was referred here by my primary care doctor for an IUD for new birth control. The staff was absolutely amazing !! They knew I was nervous because this was all new to me and they did their absolute best to make me comfortable and they made sure I knew absolutely everything I needed to know about the IUD! The medical assistant was amazing! She told me everything I needed to know about the IUD I chose. And the Nurse who did the “procedure” for the IUD was fantastic! She told me everything she was doing before she did it and was very good about making sure I was not in any pain or discomfort!

I am so glad to be back at planned parenthood in Torrington they have a amazing staff that are helpful and informational on all topics and products. They can be confidential if you like specially if you are a younge teen. Ive always appreciated that when i was younger. I was recently at a obgyn in Torrington for last 5 years since I gave birth and I always had a problem with them with sceduduling or not listening to me basically the complete opposite of what pph stands for. I finally said enough I have options and went back to planned parenthood I am glad I did!

I'm usually really cynical when it comes to doctors and other medical personnel because I have a lot of medical issues but even more bad experiences. This office and its staff are incredible though. Friendly in a genuine way, thoughtful, easy to deal with, understanding, well-informed. Love planned parenthood, you guys rock. Thanks so much.

Have been going here for years for birth control needs and yearly check-ups. The entire staff is friendly, thoughtful, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this office.

You can always go in for a same day appointment. It's my first choice for birth control needs.

I’ve gone here for the last two years for my birth control. I’ve never had a bad experience up until my last appointment. The nurse, Tammy was amazing but the PA, I believe her name was Alexis. She was nice up until she invalidated the existence of my PMDD by calling it’s just PMS. I also couldn’t get her to actually send over my prescription after my appointment until I called another location two days later. My appointment was on a Monday evening, I called Tuesday after it was still not sent. They told me it would be sent before the end of the business day. Still nothing. Wednesday, another doctor at another location helped me. It wasn’t that hard to do your job. I usually have a very easy and smooth appointment here.

Scheduled with one doctor but was seen by another doctor without any heads-up (on the spot change). I did not see that the tools they used were sanitized, girl just took it out from under the chair and put it back in the same place after using it on me.

But yes. They are friendly, except for the woman at the reception.

Been calling planned parenthood three days consecutive! And no answer! To be on the phone with a health care provider and be completely ignored is absolutely ridiculous. If u guys do not want to help your patients. Please drop them so they can find care else where.

The staff at this location are rude and do not seem to care about patient well being.
