Iowa State Bank

Had to change banks on two of my accounts. The other national bank was much too difficult. Contacted the E P True Branch Manager, Cris, who was very pleasant and helpful. Even though the regulations banks have to operate under, makes it quite a process to get set up, Cris made it work out very well. Banks, today, have so many rules and regulations imposed on them by state and federal agencies, it seems they are merely an extension of the government bureaucracy. It is important that the local banker presents a friendly and positive demeanor. Cris excels at that challenge and was successful in keeping me as a customer.
