I am so thankful for Erica and Dr. Allison. I had a very traumatic experience as a child going to the dentist and getting a lot of teeth pulled, they have completely eased all of my worries of coming back to the dentist as an adult. I was very nervous about coming back after so long and a little embarrassed. They did not make me feel judged at all and educated me. Dr. Allison had to numb my mouth today and made it so quick and easy. They are amazing!

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Kim at Waukee Dental and my experience was awesome! The office was very clean and inviting, and they even had a children's area with a tablet to keep kids preoccupied if needed. Sarah was my hygienist for my cleaning and she did a great job. I think it was probably the least painful cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Kim was wonderful as well! She was very kind and personable, and I never felt like I was being rushed out of there so she could move onto the next patient, which is something I've experienced with other dentists in the past. It was the best dental appointment I've had in years and I would highly recommend Dr. Kim and Waukee Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Had a wonderful first time visit to Waukee Dental, the office is new and very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and Dr Kim was excellent, very easy to talk with and did a great job building rapport with and put my child at ease in a new environment...which is NOT an easy thing to do! 100% recommended and will be back again.

Recently started coming to Waukee Dental and so glad I did. They have been so good with working through challenges with insurance for me and being understanding I need to come up with a plan that is affordable for me. Dr. Allison and Kelly were amazing! Professional, helpful, and showed true concern and compassion. Definitely recommend.

Definitely recommend! Dentists and hygienists are consistently excellent and the office space is lovely. Everyone is accommodating and they make going to the dentist fast and easy. The space is filled with natural light from many large windows with the newest equipment available, even equipped with TVs in every room.

The staff here are ALL amazing! Always very friendly and prompt! They make you feel like family here and are very good at listening to your needs and questions.

The hygienist who did my cleaning did an AMAZING job. This place is very patient friendly and the dentist actually listened to my concerns (I have a missing front tooth) and took the time to discuss options, then guided me to a logical treatment plan, still keeping my best interests in mind. She offered to do whatever I wanted, but gently nudged me in the right direction with thorough explanation.
We will be switching our entire family over to Waukee Dental.

I called and scheduled a routine cleaning before I’m kicked off of my parents insurance. The next opening unfortunately was after my 26th birthday, but thankfully the receptionist found a spot to squeeze me in! I have previous dental trauma where the dentist dismissed all my pain, so I get a bit nervous before a dentist appointment. Thankfully the entire team was very kind. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist explained to me what they were doing before they did it, which I really appreciated. I won’t have dental insurance when I turn 26 but they offer a great package with some benefits and discounts for those without insurance. I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!

EXCELLENT dental office! I was experiencing the worst dental pain in my life and needed to find a good dentist pronto. As my wife and I are new to Clive, I did a search for dental offices based on star ratings and settled on Waukee Dental. They moved heaven and earth to get me in! Everyone extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My situation required them to refer me to an oral surgeon. They managed to get me into OSPC (Oral Surgeons, PC) the same afternoon! How cool is that!!! Dr. J and his outstanding staff did a wonderful job! Again, everyone involved from the dental office to the oral surgeon went above and beyond to help me. If I could give them all 10 stars I would!!! Can't say enough good about them all!!!!!!! God bless them all!!!

Clean, friendly place to go. The hygienist as well as Dr Kim is very pleasant and professional. Appointment started on time and I was in and out quickly.

Staff and Dr's are extremely friendly and very helpful. They treat more than just a patient, more like family. I would highly suggest them to anyone that is looking for a dentist. I live in Ankeny and it's worth the trip to Waukee.

I had my Routine dental check up at Waukee Dental and it went great. Julyn took my dental x-rays and pictures and was very interactive throughout the session. Angie was the Hygienist and I would prefer her for all my future visits. She was very careful with the cleaning procedure and made sure to reach every corners without hurting my gums. Her work was exceptional. She even suggested and shared tips for better dental care.

Dr. Brown later checked my teeth and gums and it was all good and taken care of. Waukee Dental would remain my preferred option as long as I’m in Iowa.

The front desk staff and the doctors are extremely professional at Waukee Dental. A special thanks to Shelby who went above and beyond to make sure I got my Uber even after her working hours! I’d be out in the cold waiting for my Uber ride if it weren’t for you. I appreciate the good gesture!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kaisha Brown at Waukee Dental! She does a wonderful job! The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Brown is so caring and explains everything she is doing. My 13 year old son had a bad experience at another dentist office and Dr. Brown fixed him and even texted two nights in a row to check on my son to be sure he was out of pain! She truly cares and all of my household will now be under her care! Thank you!!

Dr. Brown and her staff not only provide exceptional work but also are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They make you feel comfortable and at ease when you are there and I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist office. They have state of the art equipment and explain everything clearly to you,even giving you an estimate upfront if you need work done. They go above and beyond and you will not regret choosing Waukee Dental. I tell everyone I know about how good they are and have even convinced my family members to switch to them.

Great experience with the Waukee Dental Team! My husband and I just moved back to Iowa and post-COVID have been desperately needing to get established with a dentist. Checking in and online paperwork made the process simple. Our insurance was taken care of before even walking in the doors!

Julyn was so friendly taking my x-rays and making me feel welcome. Erica was my hygienist and she did an exceptional job getting my teeth back in tip-top shape as it's been a few years since my usual cleaning. Dr. Allison came and gave me the once over and was also so friendly and gave great consideration to my problem spots.
