Highly recommend Josephs, especially sales associate, Mikell! Mikell made shopping for our engagement and wedding rings an easy and pleasant experience. We live in Colorado and it was special for my husband and I to purchase our rings at Josephs because my in-laws purchased their wedding rings at Josephs over 35 years ago. Mikell took time to get to know us, helped us select our rings based on what we truly wanted, and accommodated our limited time to visit the store when we were in Iowa.

We get so many compliments on our rings and we will always return to Josephs for our jewelry needs!

My daughter bought me a lovely bracelet for my birthday and I lost it!!! I contacted Josephs to see about getting a replacement. There was a similar bracelet sent when they ordered the new one and Todd worked hard with the jeweler to get the right one…she had to make it! Thanks to Todd for helping me replace my special gift from my only child. He never gives up!

I recently went to Joseph’s in hopes of repairing my grandma’s engagement ring that was passed down to me. The band was broken and it needed to be sized down. Valorie was phenomenal and brainstormed how to gently repair this 75 year-old ring in order for me to wear it on my wedding day next month. The team at Joseph’s fused the band and then cleaned and polished the ring. When they revealed it to me I cried the happiest tears! I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked and in that moment I felt like a piece of my grandma had come back to me - I could feel her presence. To top it all off, there was no charge! I am forever grateful to Valorie for taking care of me. Joseph’s is the best and they have a customer for life!

I went in today to have my watch repaired. The customer service was outstanding and the watch work was very quick. Todd took time to answer many questions and allowed me to try on other watches I am intrested in. I will absolutely be back!

You can even get help through texting which is super helpful for those of us that can’t get away and give them kind of idea of price point and themed occasion and then pick and choose when to pickup . Joseph's is a wonderful, beautiful store with intelligent and caring staff members. I've been there a few times. The first time, I went with my mother to reset her engagement ring diamond into a pendant for me to wear. The shop set it in a pendant and it looks absolutely stunning. I was thrilled my mom got to see it before she passed away from cancer a mere 3 months after we had the pendant made. I will always treasure it and I have Joseph's to thank for being so kind and helping my mom and I put together the perfect pendant.

I went back a few months later to get a pearl necklace restrung. I had inherited my mother's pearls and I wanted to wear them to her funeral. They did beautiful work and the pearls glisten and gleam. I also bought a pearl ring to match and they put a rush on the resizing. Then, to really knock my socks off, they let me pick up the ring the morning of her funeral before the store even opened, because that was the earliest it could be ready. I waited out in my car and a sales clerk brought the ring to me in a lovely box.

The thoughtfulness of how Joseph's has treated both my mother and me means the world to me. A lot of jewelry people wear, including me, has a special meaning that goes beyond the "bling," and they truly understand that at this store. I give them an A+++ and 5 stars!

Recently purchased a SunStone pendant from Joseph's/Todd Huebner and again another 5 star experience. I live out of state but Joseph's is still my jeweler. I always work with Todd. Homerun every time.

Joseph's has been my family's jeweler forever. My dad purchased items for my mom from Joseph's, my grandpa bought items for my grandma from Joseph's. There has never been any doubt where I would go for jewelry for my wife. 13 years ago when I was just a poor college senior they made me a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band set for my bride. This past week, I was able to add slightly to my Joseph's collection with another custom made ring for my bride. Never had a bad experience in the slightest. They treat each client with respect and courtesy, taking the time to get to know you and your needs. The experience is never rushed or pushed into a higher price point. Joseph's is quite simply a wonderful jeweler. I won't go anywhere else.

Josephs Jewelers' Cassidy M. was able to show and display an amazing selection in their store! It was so much easier to look and try on than would have otherwise been possible. She worked with both of us to help us determine what was most appealing, and delivered a final result that made everyone say, "WOW"! Thank you for making this a great experience for us both!

My husband had purchased my beautiful engagement ring at Joseph's, and we later went in to shop for our wedding bands as well. Kelly was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable, and so helpful guiding us through the whole process. I had wanted to design my wedding band using diamonds from a necklace from my grandmother. I showed Kelly what I like, and she basically designed multiple rings for me to choose from. I could not be more thrilled with the result! She even arranged for the rings to be shipped to us since we live out of state. I would highly recommend Kelly and Joseph's to anyone!
