A1 Auto Sales

Me and my wife in a pinch needed to purchase another vehicle so I could get to and from work. We ended up finding a clean 2016 ford focus at A1 auto in council bluffs Iowa. The salesmen weren’t pushy they found us financing for the vehicle and had us out the door in no time. A week later found the transmission started to slip so at this point I’m thinking ow my god “here we go”. I called A1 auto and told them what the problem was and was told they would call me back. Wasn’t sure how this was going to go I waited. Received a call back about an hour later by the salesman (Dawson) who sold us the vehicle. He had spent the last hour searching for a shop that could get us in immediately to take care of the problem. Absolutely amazed by the professionalism and compaction of this company. Thank you so much for taking the time to see us not only as a quick sale but as (human beings) who have to get to work ,or go to the grocery store or be able to go about our lives. We wouldn’t have had the extra money to fix it ourselves and they didn’t have to offer to fix the vehicle for us. Cudos to you Dawson and A1 Auto..

Devon was above and beyond excellent with helping me find the car that I wanted. He and his boss definitely went out of their way to make sure I was in the car that I wanted I highly recommend them to any and everyone they are fantastic. And they have lovely little welcome guest that I think is a great addition to the team.

Quick and easy..no games. Brad is awesome salesman. I had been looking for a Wrangler for a while and found one here took it for a test drive. Had my own financing and was easiest car purchase process I ever had. These guys are great. No hidden fees or markups..out the door with the price we agreed on.

A dealership that's actually fair and honest. From the salesman, Gage, to the manager, Dawson...what a great experience for me and my daughter's first car!! Looked at other dealerships in Omaha and CB too. This one had several excellent choices of vehicles too!! I'll be back here for when I'm buying again...bet on it. We chose the 2011 Volvo S60.

Great individuals who were Honest, Patient, and Respectful. They were very up front about the vehicle. Provided any information that I requested. They were willing to work with me even through our bank giving us a headache. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car in and out of the area!

All I can say is wow, what an awesome experience. Brad is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever had to deal with, he went far above and beyond to make sure I had the truck I wanted. Brad is the only one I had the opportunity to work with but if the other salesman are half as good as Brad you are in great hands. Great service and great vehicles. I would fully recommend them to everyone.

Bought a used Lexus SUV from them in August of 2022. Still running great. Amazing customer service and kept in touch even after the car was bought. They are honest and reliable.

I had "used car ptsd" from a previous buy from the bargain center down the street. Brad was awesome every step of the way, making me feel extremely confortable. He was super real with me. I could tell he genuinely cared. I bought a truck and signed and when things didnt work out the way we wanted, Dawson and the team were auper awesome to get me in the truck i really wanted. I am so thankful for their customer service and they definitely restored my faith!

We are very impressed with this place and would recommend them to anyone! By far the quickest and easiest car purchase I've made. We had been looking for a truck for my son for a while. Not only did they have a great selection and price range of vehicles, they made it quick and easy. We made the deal outside after the test drive, went inside to do paper work that took about 15 minutes and we were done. No hassle, no stress! We now own a nice Ford F150 that he loves!!

We are extremely happy with our experience at A1 Auto Sales! It usually takes hours and days to purchase a vehicle but this was by far the easiest and fastest transaction I've ever done! There was no pressure, in fact, it was genuinely a pleasure to work with Gage and the owner! The Ford F150 we purchased is perfect for us, very clean and runs great! It had the engine we were looking for and the price was much less than we expected for a truck like this! They held it for us with a handshake and kept their word, very honest and kind. I had just about the easiest car buying experience I've ever had with these folks. They gave me a more than fair price, held the vehicle for me while I drove in from out of town, and even offered to come pick me up from the bus station when I came back to get it. The vehicle they sold me was in great shape, with brand new tires, and freshly maintenanced. I'll post an update at some point after I take it to the dealership to have them give it a thorough look, but it handled the three hour drive home without a single problem (and they gave me such a good price on it that even if I have to do a bunch of work, which I don't think I will, it'd still be very, very worth it).

A1 was a great car buying experience. We worked with Brad, he got us what we wanted in a truck and was super helpful through the whole process. These guys have great prices and everyone from sales staff to the owner is super friendly. They knew my wife and I were splitting 1 car till we could get our truck so they let us take the truck home early while we were waiting on the loan from the bank. i went looking for a car in my budget. found one of my dream cars and was literally so excited. it took me some time to save up enough to purchase it. very helpful during the whole process and made it so easy for me to purchase it. since it was my first big purchase i had no idea what to do. helped me during the whole process and even helped me by giving me a location to get a loan. was very patient while i went through the whole process. 10/10 recommend going here. the people are overall very friendly and happy to help answer any questions
