Such great sales right now on high quality items. Found some very nice dress clothes for my teenage son.

Most organized JCPennys in the area. Looks clean and love the new atmosphere of the store. Super friendly staff and always so helpful.

Got myself some shoes, had a good chat with the cashier, and had a good experience on Christmas Eve.

Very strange experience. Large group of clearly corporate non-local employees fighting to be the first one to ask me if I need help... repeatedly. Frankly, I do not care for this. Please hold your brown nose circle jerk after hours.

Sam at the salon did an amazing job on my daughters hair. She took before and after pictures and even curled her hair. Which is very hard to do. My daughters hair is so strait. Very pleasant experience.

This is a good place to find black dress pants. Cameron was very good help.

I wish this place was doing better. I enjoy shopping here. I see a lot less people at JCPenney these days. My best guesses would only be speculation. I hope that they don't go under like a lot of others have. They usually have decent products at reasonable prices.

I had an issue with a return and the manager Christina was willing to do whatever she could. I didn't get the return I expected, but I am satisfied with the outcome

Just want to thank Rene and Sam for the great time I had in THE CHAIR. You all did a great job with my hair, and the communication with the advise for and from each other was great to see and hear. I love my haircut and color So many compliments. Hats off to you both.

I loved how I was got a lot of stuff on sale. The isles are small for a shopping cart though. This store was pretty big now that I think about it. Other then the small space it was a overall nice 😎 cool place to shop. Got some things on sale even when I didn't know it was on sale. Always a win win. 😂 overall nice spot to shop will shop here again for my needs again. Love the sales so I'll go around sale times!

While I was camping 2 hours away I put some stuff in my cart that I chose carefully by colors and checking size charts and online you got a 30% discount this weekend but at the store you could get 30 40 or 50%, so I stopped at the store close to my house on the way home and received a 40% off coupon which made a sizable difference on the cost of my order. I could not apply the 40% to my online order though and I was short on time so the manager took me to the different sections and showed me where everything was on my online order and I purchased it there . that manager I wish I got her name in council bluffs went above and beyond to help me and I was very grateful!

Great department store!

Awesome customer service with good sales. Unfortunately not everyone can benefit from coupon usage and I am a platinum card holder and wasn't sent a coupon. JCP should remember that Kohl's doesn't do this and are in stiff competition with them.

Good selection of clothing.

Beautiful store, very helpful staff- any department worker will walk you to where you need to go versus just giving you directions in a big store you could easily get lost in if you don't regularly shop here, I don't. They have catalogs with my husband's size ( it's hard to find ) and they were even better priced IN HIS SIZE than the BOGO free they we're currently having. So the guy found a catalog comparable to Arizona brand quality and saved me $20 before taxes like I said than the above sale!!! How about that for service!!! High quality products that last years if taken care of and prices that make it worth it either way. My deal or the BOGO free in-store and some in catalogs if I understood correctly ( and in special sizes there is no BOGO but it's cheaper to buy the 4 pair and have it delivered to the store to save on shipping and handling!!!! They'll call you when your order is ready for pickup at the store. One of Council Bluffs finest quality stores of all.

Staff was friendly. Have a wide selection of plus size clothes. Store was clean. Love their sales and clearance selections.

Had to pick up my girlfriend's ring that the stone fell out of. I'm glad I bought the insurance it looked like I new ring.
