Good place for decent tools. Not always the best tools but they have a solid warranty on most of their stuff. The membership, can't remember what it is called but it's worth it.

I LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT!!!! So glad we have one in Council Bluffs. I've pretty much purchased 90% of tools, automotives stuff, tarps, car jack and I can't remember what here. My kids even love this place! The price is just right and it's a one stop shop when I need to fix something. People are helpful and the store is clean.

This Harbor Freight store was exceptionally well stocked and Mary pointed out some deals for us that couldn't be turned down. Very impressive and professional service.

Really this shop is full of average-and-up quality goods and it offers serious seasonal discounts now.

I entered the store looking for an item. I neglected to check the website before I went to the store, and I found that they were out of stock once I got there. I was about to leave empty-handed, but an employee approached me and asked if I needed help. Told him my situation and he referred me to the manager to find out when a shipment would arrive. The manager checked the back without hesitation or being asked. Turns out that had one that had just arrived. A+++ customer service.

Great prices for a wide variety of tools. While i didnt expect much given the price i was surprised by the quality and recommend the Hercules brand and Wen - solid tools. Clean and organized store and the staff is kind and helpful

2nd Best place to get tool in a pinch

Stopped in to pick up a couple items and left with twice as much as I planned, tyipical trip for me. Great place to get those speciality tools that you don't use daily. Certainly need to watch what you purchase, quality may not be as great on many items compared to the higher priced Name Brands. Most items are just fine for the average home owner or backyard mechanic

The store is bright, clean and easily manuverable. There are nice large signs to direct you where things are so you can get to what you need quicker and easier. The employees were very busy working, which made it a bit hard to ask for help, but it was a bust day and that's to be expected. Our cashier was super friendly and nice. Will come back!

It’s my favorite Harbor Fright. It’s so clean and well maintained, and the employees are generally willing to help me at a drop of a pin. I say generally, because sometimes they are so busy with other customers, and I get that. Great job guys and gals!

Bought a compressor and paint suit I luv this place

This store is 2 hours from me. I took the trip to council bluffs for the sole purpose of visiting this store. I had the choice between council bluffs or Des Moines. Based on Google ratings, I chose this store. I wasn't let down. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. Fairly easy to find as it sits next to Home Depot.

The most memorable part of my experience would have to be the cashier. Her name was Teresa. Through upgrades, sales, and discounts she convinced me to spend more money than I had planned. But for only $40 more, I upgraded from a 10" miter saw to a 12" compound sliding miter saw AND a 27 month extended warranty. There were a few other items she either upgraded for the same price and/or saved me several dollars on. Add on her contagious cheery personality, and i left there with more than i needed and a smile on my face.

This HF is always amazing to work with. They are all about the customer. There are a few times where employees are a bit lacking, but overall, this location is far better than the others.

Had a Daytona 3 ton floor jack burn up in a car fire & took it back to harbor freight & exchange it for a new one, 5* A+'s on everything, specially the cashier.....awesome woman.......

The people in the store have knowledge on what you need and where you can I will shop there the next time I need tools

Good deals, lots of coupons. The tools are about a 50/50 if they're worth it on the cheaper end, ive bought a shop crane and other various tools and ive only had issues with the cheap chineseium hand tools. Also the customer service here is amazing!
