The staff members are great. I'm in a wheelchair and they made sure that I was comfortable and safe when transferring. The appointment went smoothly and I had no lengthy delays. Dr Dickinson is wonderful. I can't express how grateful I am that she cares so much about her patients and it shows. I would rate her higher than 5 stars and regularly recommended her to others.

Dr Mercer is always so friendly with an excellent bedside (chair side) manner. She thoroughly answers any questions you have and doesn't make you feel rushed. The same with the office staff, very friendly and always welcoming.

When I walk into the office I am a bit apprehensive and when it's time to leave I am feeling a lot better about everything. The staff iwas welcoming and my visit with Dr Emig was as usual, the best. As busy as he is he takes time to make sure you know that he cares about you and your treatment.. it was a good visit and he seems to make it easier.

Dr Dickinson is the best! Caring, kind, smart and beautiful inside and out. I’m always glad to see her at my annual exams and she truly seems glad to see me too. The best of the best!

Excellent office visit experiences!

Saw Dr. Mercer for an eyelid concern. She treated me immediately. She is very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind! Her individualized approach to my eyelid problem was amazing! I’m better now.

Four days later I saw Dr. Dickinson for my annual eye exam. I’ve been seeing her for many years. She is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. She manages my refraction exams and dry problem very well. I’ve had to change treatment since going on Medicare when I retired. Her cost saving suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Dr. Mindy Dickinson is the best Ophthalmologist hands down! Very kind, passionate, and takes her time explaining everything! She is absolutely amazing and patient with people with intellectual disabilities. I will always recommend her to anyone who asks about needing an ophthalmologist!
