Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha East/Council Bluffs, IA

Easy hotel to access from the interstate. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean! The shower had perfect pressure and hot water!! The bed was extremely comfortable!! The breakfast was plentiful!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend this Marriott!!

I expect a certain level of quality and service from a Marriott property and this location achieved that level. The check in was quick and professional. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet and restful nights sleep.

Our company has done work at this Hotel for many years with the upmost professionalism every visit. I see negative reviews that simply can’t be justified based upon what I’ve ever seen, from the friendly, helpful staff, to the cleanliness of the property inside and out. It’s a fantastic property and kept up very well.

Mary and Alicia were extremely helpful and did amazing job meeting the needs of our organization while we have been traveling! Not a better place to stay for value, hospitality, and the rooms are clean! The customer service takes this place to the next level! It’s rarely a smooth ordeal when we travel our coaches but this place makes it so easy! Highly recommend for group bookings!

The new manager Samantha is amazing! I stayed here for a basketball tournament and she was so kind and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us when we came to the hotel. Without her, our experience at the hotel would not have been a very good since one of the lady’s working the front was a bit rude. Their breakfast was poor at first however she managed to get the basketball teams that were staying in the hotel a good nutritious breakfast so we had energy for our tournament. Hopefully once Covid restrictions are up then hotels can go back to their typical breakfast.

This is a surprising hotel. The rooms are extremely quiet. My friends were staying next door playing music and I couldn't hear it in the next room. The place is clean and updated and well maintained. Shower water was hot. It is right by the freeway, but we also couldn't hear any cars. And THE AIR CONDITIONING is actually run by the guest and the room was chilled when we walked in. Great place. Stay here.

I’m not sure why we haven’t stayed at many Fairfield Inns - this spot in Council Bluffs, IA was off the charts! Staff was so friendly and accommodating in every way, making sure we got into suitable rooms as quick as humanly possible. Pool and hot tub ruled. Location was great - right off of the interstate with every dining and shopping option imaginable in close proximity. Complimentary breakfast was a step above IHG’s with two hot protein options, two egg options (including an omelette with cheese, I don’t know why some chains make omelettes without cheese), and all the normal favorites, including gluten and dairy free options. Rooms were large and sharp. Great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. Really had a great stay here with my artists - property was nice but the staff is what puts it over the top. See you all again when we are playing Omaha!

Was able to check in early. Room was clean, bed was comfy. They have other amenities pool gym etc. We didn't use those.

My family and I recently visited the hotel and it was nice. To accommodate all of us they gave us an extra little bed that was comfy enough. Because of covid, the breakfast buffet was not available and the only breakfast they were able to serve were individually packaged muffins and danishes. I don’t blame them for that. Fairfield gives you the basics at a good price.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I stayed here two weekends in a row and Travis (the manager) and the other staff remembered me from one weekend to other and the reason for my visit. They were kind and helpful, so refreshing! The hotel itself is very clean and nice inside. The continental breakfast is better than average. Our rooms were both clean and quiet and we stayed on sold out nights. He location is near several places to eat and a Walmart. Also right off of I-29. We will be staying there again for sure!

I was very tired when I drove in. The staff were kind, efficient, and made my stay welcome. Bed (King size) was comfortable and the room was clean. Everything I expected considering the price I payed. I would only recommend you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the hotel is near the highway and you can hear the passing vehicles. I plan to visit again if I ever drive by.

Came in almost 4 hours before check in. I was going to go to Walmart to just kill some time. Mary offered to let me bring my sons birthday cupcakes in and hang out in the lobby until room inspections were done. She came back less than 10 minutes later and said the room was all ready for us! Got a cart to haul our stuff in and she said I had an issue with my card. Still let me take the stuff to my room and I got my card situation under control. Room is great! Clean and beds are so comfy! This is the first hotel in council bluffs that allowed birthday parties! I think we found our forever birthday party spot! I will definitely be returning and recommending!

Nice lobby, welcoming and very friendly staff. As close as it was to the interstate, I was surprised, and pleased, I couldn't hear cars or trucks speeding by. A large comfortable and very clean room. Beds are fantastic...Price was more than acceptable for the room. Wonderfully comfortable bed. I had a nice quiet night here. Did I mention the bed? If you are ever in need of a very clean hotel in Council Bluffs Iowa, stay here! P.S. Breakfast was good, too.

Needed to stop for night on drive north - have stayed here before and is my choice place when coming through. Staff is great and room was quiet and clean.

We have stayed here a couple of times on a road trip we took this month. The rooms are great, comfortable beds, the continental breakfast was wonderful (and easy to find things that we could eat with food allergies), and the front desk staff were very friendly. We had an excellent experience the both times we stayed.

We only stayed one night and were totally impressed. Easy to get to. Clean. Small but very nice pool with hot tub that I had to myself. Great breakfast included. Mallory was especially nice and helpful. Next trip west I would stay again.

Absolutely amazing. Staff was so accommodating to my son's procedure prep. They printed coloring 0ages of my twins favorite characters. Brought them a huge pitcher of lemon water since one was on clear liquids. And gave them each a toy that they could play at the hospital just because. They were so awesome. Very clean rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning. We know where we will.be staying for any future visits!

I spent a quick night in Council Bluffs to meet with some friends. I was happy to find a clean comfortable hotel waiting for me. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious. I liked the fact I could watch Netflix away from home by just signing in to my account. And the bed was so comfortable! I'll be staying here every time I'm in town!
