I recently drove from out of state to purchase a used vehicle from Integrity. From initial phone calls and through email, Terry answered all of my questions and responded to me in a timely manner. Terry was honest about all cosmetic issues on the vehicle and provided additional pictures that I requested. After inspecting the vehicle myself and going for a test drive, purchasing the vehicle was straightforward. I received the title in the mail a week and a half later. So far, so good! Thanks for everything Terry!

Terry is amazing, he made the buying process a breeze & an absolute pleasure!! My Mazda runs like a dream! It's gorgeous on the outside and very efficient under the hood. Hands down-quickest, easiest, and one of the best car purchases we have ever experienced (have bought quite a few over the years!) Terry is one of the most customer friendly car salesmen I have met-straight forward-personable-and just all around nice! No hidden stuff-no extra things trying to be sold to you like some of the others do-no tricks up their sleeves! Very pleased with the vehicle, runs great, looks amazing-would definitely purchase from here again without a doubt.

I've driven past this small dealership hundreds of times and finally stopped in just to check it out. Every car I looked at was in great shape, very reasonably priced, and with a fresh detail. Terry was excellent to work with! He is a true professional that listened to my wants and needs and followed up with me several times. There's so many small dealerships in Des Moines, and I've been to almost all of them in my car pursuit. I love buying cars, I hate to be "sold." This dealership was a great buying experience. I bought a 2001 Toyota Corolla from them two years+ and it's still running like new I have not done anything on it more than regular maintance when I paid it off they did all the paperwork and sent the title to me, thank you guys for your honesty and help, I ll definitely do business with you in the future

Great experience. I have put over 7k miles on the vehicle since purchase, and have not had one single issue. Terry got me the exact car and loan I was looking for, and saved me the headache of dealing with the DMV as well.

The expierence I had with Terry was phenomenal. He made sure every questioned I had was answered and made the process of getting a vehicle super easy. I never once felt pressured into doing anything I felt uncomfortable with and he made sure I was happy with everything before walking out the door.
