Owners and staff are very informative and friendly. Excellent selection of crystals in tarot cards, books, clothes, decor.. Etc..

This is the best shop ever. The cost for the supplies are worth it. I never had the same spiritual effects with other same store bought items as I have with theirs.

The energy in this shop (no pun intended) is INCREDIBLE. From the vendors to the staff of the shop. Everyone is so kind and ready to help you out. It feels so comfortable, even for someone who is just getting into crystals and healing, such as myself.

Window shopped it was kinda closed. I'm going back,it's a beautiful store. Looks interesting, and I'm looking forward to going back.

What a lovely experience! Antoinette was so cool, calm collected. I am new to the craft, and have explored a few places around town, but this place felt right. Awesome selection of crystals, jewelry, home decor, herbs etc. Antoinette helped me in selecting my first Tarot deck. I love the astrology variety as well. I cannot wait to go back!!

I stopped in to buy a gift for my wife and ended up having a great conversation with the store owner and a customer. Their prices are fair and they have a great selection of jewelry and other really cool items. It's worth checking out even if your spirituality doesn't quite match up.

absolutely amazing, the lady working there helped me out so much and there’s just so much. everything is a little expensive but most things are no more than $40 . 10/10 experience and would definitely go again. and everything i got in the photo was only $70 and i also got a spray which helps with depression, anxiety, and stress so if you want it it’s called mystical!

The store itself is just amazing and magical. The staff is eager to you with anything that you need or to answer any question that you might have. I especially want to call out Antoinette Brown for her wonderful connection to the spiritual world and the life changing healing session that she provided me with. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs cleansed or spiritually healed.

I have been driving past the shop several times and I've always been drawn to it but never stopped until today!
Antoinette is absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in I felt a sense of calm and happiness. I did a reading with her and she detected everything that has been troubling me. Even told me that I need to take care of my blood sugar! I just came from the doctors office and we had a discussion about that so for her to pin point that was crazy!
I've seen some reviews talking about how pricey it is compared to some other shops and I don't have a lot of money, but I'll tell you it was the best experience!

Antoinette was simply amazing! So kind and knowledgeable. She cleared me of some nasty entities and gave me instructions to cleanse my home. The shop is lovely and has so many awesome products for all your metaphysical needs. I couldn't be happier & will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. The guy I talked to is a bit blunt but when there is a lot of bull out there about the craft it is sometimes needed. Love this shop and recomend it to anyone. Still wearing my obsidian from here to this day.

Antoinette was extremely helpful and patient with my friend and I. We asked a lot of questions because we are beginners, and her knowledge was outstanding! Her excellent customer service skills make me excited for my next trip to the store, hopefully to see her again!

Since the move to their new location, Des Moines New Age Shop has experienced some exceptional growth. They now offer a larger selection of both their gorgeous stones and crystals as well as their insightful classes.
The larger space has also given them the opportunity to offer several small fairs and events through out the year with a wonderful array of vendors.
While the prices at times can be a little higher than other shops in the area the product is worth it. The shine, sparkle, and size of the stones is of great quality and the knowledge and experience of the owner and her staff is a cherry on top of the cake.
This shop is a gem in and of itself.

Antoinette Brown was the worker who helped me in the store, she was very sweet and made sure I was finding what I was looking for. Upon checkout out, she knew a lot about the stones I was purchasing and I had a very very positive experience there. I will be returning!

Loved coming to this store I found lots of cute and useful things. I wish SO BAD that I could remember the name of the young lady who helped me I think it might have been Antoinette??? She had medium length brown curly hair with clips in as well as another young lady who was dusting the store you guys were so awesome. I wasn’t having a good day and they totally flipped it around by some very wonderful conversation. I much prefer to support a local metaphysical shop as opposed to supporting a place like spencers Or please corporate owned. Makes me so happy to know that I’m supporting some really awesome woman. I traveled all the way from Ames just to come here and I wasn’t disappointed. I will be honest with my opinion though and say that’s the prices were a little high on some items but I was able to find things that I really wanted for fairly reasonable prices. Will be returning!
