Superior Auto Sales

I bought my daughter's first car here and I was treated with honesty, respect and even got a great deal on the price. I have 4 kids, so I will sure be coming back in the future.

I have got my last two cars from this car lot and both have been great.

Stopped by a few times and walked around the lot without any assistance. No one ever seems to be there or answer their phones. Most of the cars in the lot have flat tires. Information on the signs has writing that’s illegible, so even if I wanted to look more info up I couldn’t.

Before I drove 250 miles one-way, these guys told me the 4x4 Jeep was rust free and I got there (they were not even there), checked the underside of that Jeep and put my finger right through the floor pan. We drove off and headed home.
To top that off; Two hoochies show up to look at the same vehicle. I showed them the rust on the ground then said 'you can have it' before we left.
The salesman called us 45 minutes later and told me I put a hole in the vehicle.. I hung up. I wonder how he found that out?? See> Hoochies.
In about 4 more weeks of looking I found this super-clean, 2000 XJ on CL at a price 1500.00 below their rust-bucket asking price.
Avoid them at all costs.

Called to ask about a car that was posted. When Rick called me back was rude and short with me. Told me they were all gone. When I asked what he had that would fit my needs he gave me one car. I told him that it was too small and then he hung up on me. I agree with others that the customer service was junk here.

I had called 3 times and left messages to their business and 1 time to the owners phone..asked to test drive a vehicle I was really interested in..owner was rude on the phone and kept talking to other people during our conversation..assured me he would call me back between 3 and 4 for a test drive never called back and still no call...what used car dealer is not interested in selling a vehicle??? Business must be a front for illegal activities...makes no sense...

Was here for 20 minutes and no one showed up. Lost out on a sale 👎👎👎
