Wells Fargo Drive-Up Bank

What can I say, just refinanced my home with Wells Fargo and it took 12 days yes 12 days!!! to get everything complete and set up closing!! They are efficient and know the business. I specifically want to thank Iva and Lori for their courtesy and professionalism. What a breath of fresh air they were, couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with on getting our house refinanced. Thank you for everything you did in order to complete this transaction. The Sora family.

The tellers are very kind and helpful. I like how i can just swipe my ATM card and they can pull up all my info and help me out, rather than having to spell my name or provide my drivers license or whatever. They've always been able to answer my questions. When you walk in, there's a manager who asks what they can do to help you. You tell them and they point you in the right direction, rather than getting to the front of the line, then figuring out that the teller can't help you. Very pleasant experience.

I came to deposit a check, got information about Iras, CDs and Money Market accounts,the bankers are great, the bank is clean and the staff are friendly and I got the telephone number to an investment service.The old advice to saving was put aside 10%of your monthly pay, I am saving 20% each month .75% in mutual funds, Ira &25% in savings.I am 61 years old, have now 6k in my retirement, and 2500 for emergency, I had coffee yesterday with a 25 year-old man,he has a PhD in business administration, he's an investment broker. He saids he is investing half of his income 50k to retirement, living of 25 %,and 25%to college loans,I am on to this information to everyone,you don't have to be a rich person, you need friends &family to start an investment corporation, have a lawyer check out laws state and federal, have him or her draw up the paperwork, you can start with 10 people invest $100 a month that would give you $1000 to invest in the first month, $12k in a year, don't forget compounding interest accruded,maybe get a church group going on this, use the tying to invest, the Lord will bless your investment, the church Will have 50%for God's work, 25%for repairs to the church,and 25%to keep investing. Remember a cash stream,poor and the middle class can do the same thing, I know talking to MY friend has inspired me to greater heights.

I literally worked here for one day a few years ago. The building is pretty nice though and lights up at night.

This is absolutely just based on my own experience I have been in there on different occasions because it's convenient to where I live before I had my other bank account I would stop in there and cash a payroll check that was written on that bank however since I did not have an account I was charged at least $5 each time I was hounded each time about opening an account I mean I thought one of these guys was going to ride home in my back pocket still trying to convince me to open an account it was bad most recently within like the last 2 months I stopped in there 2 cash another check written on that bank but also again I don't have an account there they charged me almost $10 and told me I could get like 7 of that back if I would open a bank account I don't see personally that things have improved any since they were called out on the whole scheme they were running to open accounts in people's names without knowledge they've just changed up their game a little bit but they're greedy and I stay away from there now

The tellers are nice and helpful but, I should say they only staff about 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I try to go there on my 30 minute lunch break from work and late back. Line of people waiting and I only 1 or 2 tellers.

Wells Fargo has been the most difficult mortgage company to deal with. I have had Wells Fargo for 8 years - it has been the most difficult experience ever. Half the time my online account does not work I have to call the online phone number to have them refresh my account multiple times so that I can pay online. Recently they did not withdrawl my auto-pay, I received NO email, NO phone call and they marked my credit late. They refuse to remove the error stating its my fault - I should follow up every month. WOW thank you Wells Fargo for your awesome customer service! If you are looking to get a new home loan RUN!! Everyone I have spoken to says Wells Fargo is one of the worst companies to deal with.

Our company has been offering customers home improvement loans with Wells Fargo for years. We signed a contract with the customer to supply and install new windows, trim and capping for $5,500.00. We told the customer prior to starting that they would need to remove their curtains so we could do the install which they did not do. No biggie. As a courtesy my window installer removed and reinstalled the customers curtains. The customer then complained to Wells Fargo saying that they didnt want to pay their loan. As per Wells Fargos request, we reached out to the customer to see if their was anyway we could resolve the complaint. The customer told us to not "waste his time" and hung up on us. After cooperating fully with Wells Fargo, they withdrew $5,500.00 from our account and told us that we needed to find another way to collect payment from the customer. So the customer received brand new windows and because they didnt like the way their curtains were re-hung they got a full credit. Totally disgusting and outrageous, especially after we have given them years of business. I do not recommend this company

In the process of purchasing a mortgage for our first home and receiving TERRIBLE service!! Closing date has been moved multiple times due to errors in paperwork on Wells Fargo's end or documents not being sent. Jim refuses to answer or return phone calls and emails to help resolve issues. I do not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone purchasing a home loan.

I was an employee and customer. Both experiences were horrible. I often think how much better my life would be if my path hadn't crossed that of Wells Fargo. I hate this company. They only care about closing the deal and could care less about the customer after that. My advice: do business with another company - any other company.

Recent Congressional hearings have revealed just how horrible Wells Fargo treats not only its own customers, but the public as a whole. I have never had a positive experience with any Wells Fargo location or the organization as a whole.

But the last year or so that Wells Fargo engaged in what appears ostensibly criminal activities should be of no surprise; this has been a recurrent them for nearly a century. There is a reason Steinbeck couldn't be touched on grounds of libel specifically naming Wells Fargo a criminal organization during the Great Depression - he didn't misrepresent the facts. Wells Fargo destroyed lives then & it suddenly appears they are still doing it now.

The CEO may have been chastised by Congress, but this is not rehabilitative by any means. Without proper intervention, behavior doesn't change - so if a criminal is scolded, they most certainly will remain a criminal. Until real action is taken against Wells Fargo, do not do business with them.

Upon completing a copier lease, we were expressly advised that we had to pay shipping cost to send to a vendor of their choice or face additional costs and penalties. Subsequent to paying the shipping cost, we were told by the leasing company that Well Fargo routinely authorizes them to pick-up end of lease units and pays the freight.

Just another example of Well Fargo greed at work - always putting their bottom line ahead of their customers.

Drove by and it looked as if bank had moved. I have gone there for years to pick up pasos for our yearly trip to Mexico. I attempted to call and check if they were open only to get caught in a phone automated looping nightmare. I finally got an operator after 15-20 min. located in Texas. I tried calling other local WellsFargo bank and same thing but this time got someone in Virginia.
