U.S. Bank Branch

I have lived here 3 yrs and do not have any complaints. The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful whether on the phone or in person. I highly recommend this branch.

This is easily my favorite US Bank branch! Friendly bankers and clerks, eager to answer questions and very accommodating! Awesome people!

My loved ones mother died and now they are making her jump thru ridiculous hoops to retrieve her mothers money. Being rude and less than understanding during a time of grief. The owner and manager should be ashamed to put a family thru this. Shame on you !!!! All over $600. Thieves.

With Beaverdale and now Merle Hay closed, perhaps time to find a more local bank. Call US Bank? Have you tried that??? With all these branches closed, where are the employees who could actually answer the phone? Your answering machine mechanics need work. Someday, I would like to be able to call in and actually speak with a human.

My advice to anyone seeking banking services, go to a small outfit where you may get help.

Rude and elitist behavior. Will not store my settlement here.

Took over 45 mins to get helped with 2 tellers and only 4 people in line. 1 teller keep leaving and coming back and not taking the next person in line.

They somehow made an error that cost me over $400 by saying i didnt fully pay off an overdraft despite a $300 deposit I made
to pay it off and add funds to the account to sit and grow but since it was still in the negative it grew in the wrong direction with reoccurring charges and i, of course, closed my account due to it.

very bad costumer service. they refuse to withdrew my mony from my bank account

Closed along with nearby branches and the branch on 86th Street has huge wait times... just avoid.
