Subzero temps and I had to deal w batteries going out on my garage opener. Simple, I know but the last thing I wanted to deal w right now. The manager and the woman at the front register were so incredibly kind and helpful. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Nice staff that answered our questions and got a discount added to our final bill. She was friendly and professional.

This is a really nice store. It has a very extensive selection of tools that you don't find in many stores.

Bought a table saw just under three months back due to older one going caput. Well I bought the wrong size blade and I called them and they allowed me to replace it with larger blade small cost. Very friendly.

Best place in town if you want cheap backup tools for your box. Or if you need a tool to use once or twice....now there are tools that'll last long like I've had an earthquake half inch impact for over 3 years now and that thing hasn't missed a beat. It's no snap on but it holds up with brands like kobalt for sure. For professional tool users, ie mechanics and carpenters be selective about which tools u buy...like stay away from th torque wrench that's 11.99 lol but I buy Pittsburgh as my 3rd back up.

Great customer service. Answered all questions not pushy for sale. Even offered carry out our purchase and load it. Very knowledgeable staff. Will shop here again when need also had coupons for both purchases saved over $40. Nice!

I've always called HF the grown man's toy store. I think a lot of their stuff could be considered,"throw away". Use it once and pitch it. On occasion you can find some really good deals.

I love shopping Harbor Freight! Both local stores. The prices are great, stores are neat, clean, organized and the staff have always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The warranty is crazy easy to deal with and with the prices as reasonable as they are I will NEVER get another tool truck hand tool again.

I don’t normally write reviews, but MAN, we were taken care of today! Went in really disappointed with broken solar panels and were able to exchange them- no problem. Our cashier, Emily was a pure delight, informative, professional, and she took her time with us, even though there were other customers. Really loving the improvements at the South Side location... I’d drive across the state to be served like that again. Very pleased.

Also the manager, Theresa... amazing. Her leadership beam from her, her associates respect her, she trusts her employees to take care of the customer. The store was clean, organized, and well constructed.

I like coming here....just make sure you bring a list LOL. It's far too easy to impulse shop. Have had some of their tools for over 20 years and still working great. Some stuff is competitive with name brands, others is lower quality throwaway but still at a cheap enough price. Have to choose what you need. This location is bright & well lit, very clean and organized! And bathrooms are clean too!
