I like Kohls. My wife bought her wedding dress at Kohls in Ottumwa. Your store is clean and well managed and your staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I must've gone at the right time because I was in to return my Amazon package and back to the car within 5 minutes. The new store was spotless and the customer service lady was very kind and polite.

Exceptional service, from help finding what I needed, to checkout. Decent price.

This store gets a rare five stars from me, but because of the friendly and extremely helpful Albertha, I am giving the five stars. Albertha was patient when explaining how the reward program. We appreciate the time and kindness Albertha showed us.

Very helpful and patient employees. I accidentally dropped and lost merchandise credit on a return. Although, completely my fault, the customer service rep and their manager helped void my original credit and issued me a new one in no time.

I'm here multiple times a month dropping off my amazon impulse buy returns. A+ for returning junk I don't need. B- for giving me coupons to buy more junk I don't need from kohls and being an enabler.

The stores ate excellently maintained, and the staffing very knowledgeable and friendly. We found shoes for a wedding, but were unable to find dress slacks. That problem can be remedied. I haven't been to Koh's for quite awhile, so I'm quite I went today.

They had a lot of things out for summer, finally, and they were stuffed to the top with clothes. So you may want to go in and get some deals.

I like this location of Kohl’s much more than the West Des Moines. It’s not as crowded and I truly believe they have much stuff on clearance compared to WDSM. The staff is nice and helpful. The isles are organized and neat. Also if you have Amazon returns- inside this store they handle returns.

It was great. Large selection in inventory. Great Clearance pricing and additional 20% off. I bought a huge number of items, to try on at home, from 2 locations. Returns were smooth and painless. Then I shopped some more.

Help to the jewelry is on the slow side, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff once there makes up for the wait. I go to Kohl's often and have never experienced a poor customer service interaction. Always very friendly, very helpful.

Brand new store! Bigger than the others. I had to go to this store for an item the West store didn't have.

Low price and high quality items that make great gifts for self or for another. I take advantage of the rewards and Kohl's cash and end up accumulating enough dollars to purchase myself a nice gift during the after Christmas deals.

Employees are always friendly and professional. I usually shop at Merle Hay Mall store and then Clive store. Sometimes Merle hay store doesn't have item but Clive store does.
My only issue for lack of any other words is that the stores are not cool in summer . If you want people to shop vary the temp accordingly. That would be nice! I would take more time to shop if more comfortable temps.

I frequent here. When purchasing items, I have always had a great experiences.

With returning amazon items, they always seem to be understaffed and overworked in this area. They aren't the most friendly and don't seem to want to help much. A majority of the time I have been here to return something I have had to wait in line for long periods of time.

I haven't been in the Merle Hay Kohl's for a long time! It was a nice change! They had a lot of selection other stores didn't have! I wish I remembered the sweet associates name that helped me! I needed a younger lady's opinion and she was very helpful! Nice store. The main entrance is at a strange location. Walked through the mall then had to go outside to get in the main door. Didn't realize you couldn't enter thru the mall entrance.... I'll still come back but now know to drive around to the back of the mall! (The mall was open btw)

I love Kohl's so much, I don't know where to start. Associates where friendly, knowledgeable and could look at you and know your size. Always a special sale going on. Prices are good. The clothing I get there is quality. I have never left there unhappy.

First Kohls I have been to where staff was available and willing to help with a smile. Long story but in short I hate shopping but had to for my son and this was the 12th store in 3 hours. I was tired and wanted to be done but the staff completely changed my negative to a positive. Todd checked us out and had me laughing and which is huge for me that day! Thank you Merle Hay Kohls!!

Excelent costumer service, nice, friendly, pleasant, patient. Nice and refreshing. Mellisa store manager, Johnathan, and cashier . Just fantastic 10+!!! I am spending at least $5k in khols every year. Please khols costumer for 20 years! Prices are to high!!!
