It was a great experience delivering to this location. The gentleman we had the conversation on the phone with was pleasant, helpful and imformative. Kenny on the night shift was helpful and there team was able to unload us the same night we arrived. We were also welcomed to stay the rest of the night at a empty dock in our truck.

Here every morning for work.

Do not use this company. I live in a secure apartment, and there was no attempt to deliver beyond trying to open the locked door. No buzz in attempt, nothing. When I called, the right arm didn't know what the left was doing. When it was finally delivered, the driver made me come down to meet him and acted like he did me a favor by delivering 5 days late. Lack of professionalism. Beyond frustrating experience.

The driver refuses to get out of his van in fear of my dog. In no way is my dog threatening. She stands there and wags her tail, excited that someone has stopped to see her. Two grown men REFUSED to get out of the van and proceeded to throw my package at me.
