I'd give it 127 stars if I could! Hands down the best employee's outta all 3 locations. On point, personable and knowledgeable! Grant is top notch and om his game for all TCG needs!!

Staff is always very friendly and engage in conversation with their customers. Helpful and knowledgeable. Love taking grandson there when at the mall.

They have lots of interesting stuff that caters to a lot of people’s interests! Would totally recommend if you enjoy collectibles, videogames, and more!

Nice store in a very nice location. The mall was pretty cool. No trouble finding this store despite it being a large mall. The store had a large selection virtually any kind of action figure-like toy you could imagine. I wish there were more places like Jay's across the country.

These guys are great! Have sold autographed sports memorabilia, sports cards, and magic and Pokemon here. They give fair prices and the staff are helpful and friendly. Great merchandise, great store, won't find another like it!

Large variety and helpful staff who love the hobbies puts it above the rest.

It's one thing to see things online and debate purchase. But after stopping in and seeing things in hand I've been on the fence about, I had to get my items.

Jay's has something for everyone. Very pleasant place to shop, the employees are wonderful. If you are looking for something and don't see it ask as they might be able to find it for you. Love the Funko Pops and sodas. Have had luck with chases! Definitely will be back!

Very unique action figures and older items were cool to see! Will be back again!
Only downside, which I know isn't the stores fault was the awful smell of BO.

The Merle Hay location is amazing! All the employees know there stuff and are incredibly helpful! There is a camaraderie between the employees that speaks of there respect for each other and the amazing job they do! Thank you Grant, Josh, Ben, Joe,Brad, and everyone else!

They have a ton of stuff here, used games four just about any platform, collectibles and so much more. The staff is always super helpful and pretty knowledgeable as well.

They have a lot of nice vintage toys, comics, MTG cards, cds, dvds, board games, and other collectibles. Clean and well organized. Very friendly staff. I love this place.

Good little Jay's store, just doesn't seem to have the same level of selection that the southside or wdsm locations have, but that's only a minor drawback. Never had a bad experience.

This place stocks Magic, Pokémon, and Yugioh cards. They have board games, collectible models, and DnD merch/ books. They have Xbox 360, Super Nintendo, and Playstation games, and assorted cables and emulators for these systems.

This is the smallest of the 3 stores, but the enthusiasm and passion of the staff is just as good, if not better than, the other 2 larger stores.

The selection is just as good as the larger stores as well.

Daniel is great! He's definitely got a passion for the business and is a credit to it. Thanks to him I'm only missing 2 of the Justice League and found 2 statues that I didn't even know were out yet.

This will always be my first stop in Des Moines.

Great place, super fair pricing!

Friendly and informative staff. Decent pricing on a wide variety of media items. We got a few old games I'd never thought I'd see again and a few miscellaneous items such as a poster and some pop figures. All in all it was a good experience and we will be back soon.

Good selection of comics new and old. Ask for assistance if u have trouble finding some.
