Dr Bailey Webb, is an amazing doctor. I have been seeing her for years. She is easy to talk to and you can rely on her for support. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I can’t say enough great things about her and her team.

Dr Munro is very empathetic and thorough. He really takes time to listen and doesn’t rush through visits. He is very personable and he also took time to help with extra paperwork that was required. I have seen him many times and would recommend him to anyone.
My husband and I have also had several appointments with Dr Leddin and she is very professional and caring. Overall, our experience with this clinic has been good.

If you are someone who is in search of a provider, I have seen Dr. Munro countless times and can confirm that he truly cares for you. He has an open heart to listen to you and gives you the time you need. Overall, this is a very nice clinic with a great atmosphere.

Saw Dr Munro for 1st. time today. Seemed very knowledgable, kind and respectful. Got in right away, was there maybe hour all together. Will return.

I’ve seen both Dr Monroe and Baylee Webb. Both are absolutely fantastic and super nice people. You can’t go wrong with seeing either. Never been happier to be to a doctors office. Can’t express enough how nice both these Individuals are. I’ve also have had to call them and ask for an immediate call back when I was sick. They called back within the hour both times. Nothing but good things to say.

Baylee Davidson is the best! She did what the VA couldn’t do and made me a functioning member of society! Would highly recommend her to anyone. Especially Veterans! She is great and the whole clinic is awesome!

Dr. Munro is personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener.

I typically go to another family clinic, but I had a rather urgent issue (not urgent enough for Urgent care, but urgent enough to be seen before my regular clinic can see me). To my pleasant surprise, I was able to get in and see Dr. Munro that day with a rather sensitive issue. Dr. Munro and his nurse were fabulous. Dr. Munro was very empathetic to my issue and respectful. Never felt rushed and made me feel at ease. All in all a very positive experience. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I had a hard time getting a hold of his nurse to discuss test results posted on the patient portal. Ultimately, I received my answers.

Nice provider during the visit. Unable to get them to call me back in regards to my visit, test results, and plan of care moving forward. Very frustrating.

I've been calling week after week, for a couple months, to get my next theraphy appointment scheduled. Problem is, answering the phone is impossible for some reason. Last time, I was going to miss a therapy session due to an emergency but they did not answer. So I've been needing another session for a couple months now and no answer?? Left a couple voice-mails to get one back finally to say I'm dropped from theraphy, from missing appointments. I haven't missed any without calling. The last one they decided to not answer. So I call back and *surprise*, no answers again. So I left another voice mail waiting to hear back.it shouldn't have be such a struggle to answer or get back for this long. Still with so many questions.

Online scheduling portal does not work as it should. I scheduled multiple times and thought I had gotten an appointment scheduled only to find out there wasn't one in their system when i showed up. Tried again and the "verification text/email" doesn't work like I was told it should. Very frustrating!

If you are a person of color I recommend avoiding Ambrose Munro and Nellie Simon as they do not take the complaints of patients of color seriously and will either ignore you or refer you to someone else. They do not feel that people of color can feel pain and will refer you to counseling instead of doing a medical work-up to find out the cause of the pain and if you try to advocate for yourself or loved one they will ignore you or send you to somewhere else to only be told that you need to follow back up with them for further evaluation. And when you do you are still dismissed. My son who has been in pain since 10/17 has been continuously dismissed as having a valid complaint and repeatedly referred to counseling without any further work-up to address it. We can only pray that the times would have changed from when providers did not take the pain of people of color seriously thus dismissing them as was once done with inhuman medical treatments on people of color. For the sake of your loved ones, friends of color, or just for the love of others avoid these two people who took an oath to do no harm but do not stand by it and let a child suffer in pain for months because of the color of his skin!

Update: I sought another opinion from another doctor outside of this office and my son has been referred to two other specialists, please avoid these two providers or at the very least question anything that may not seem right and get a second opinion. Also, Mercy's Patient Advocate does not respond by phone or to any written concerns despite them saying they do welcome feedback. I have yet to receive any response back from them.

Baylee Davidson should get her medical license removed, she prescribed Xanax to my partner for PTSD even though he had severe, medically documented addiction issues (which she did because he pulled the "give me a break, I'm a veteran" card). He then proceeded to never use the prescription as intended and would just binge recreationally on it and run out early, then call up and ask her for a refill. This is not professional treatment to give someone what they want when it's clear they're misusing it or have the strong potential to.

Will not coordinate with specialist. If you have any specialist issues I would look elsewhere. Also the doctors all act like they have better things to do then help you.
