I spoke with the manager Mark W. at the Locust location. He was great!!!!!! Keep doing what your doing

Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices, and a great sandwich. Think I spent all of five minutes in the store and most of it was filling my drink.

This was totally on me, I misread their menu…wasn’t aware of mayo being on the sandwich I ordered. They made me a new one from scratch and donated mine to the homeless. Come on people? Is this not the cream of the crop or what?

Javier and his team were extremely helpful when I had to do a last minute catering order for a client at the Capitol. They went above and beyond to get 150 sandwiches prepared on a quick turnaround. The driver called me day of delivery and waited patiently for me to come down, and he organized all the extra condiments in the mean time. Thanks, JJ, team! I will be sure to use them for future catering events.

Michael made me a Hell of a great sandwich!! Justin also was very professional at the cash register!! Both offered suggestions to make my sandwich the best that it could be!! I am a regular Subway sandwich buyer, but no more!! I will be visiting this location of Jimmy Johns from now on!! thanks!!

UPDATE: 04/03/19:

Went into this location for a second day in a row, this time Michael and Justin will not there! I thought to myself, UhOh!! I wonder how the service will be today!!?? Just as I was thinking that, Rachel the cashier shown some great customer service helping me decide on a size of sandwich for my dinner tonight. I decided to get two, and Miranda did another wonderful job making the 16" for me!! Perfectly done (again!!). Its rare you go to a fast food restaurant two days in a row and find this great of service!! thanks again!! :)

This place is seriously fast! Not only that, but the service is great. I have been here for lunch at 12pm for weeks and have never waited longer than 2 or 3 minutes for my sandwich.

I messed up my online group order, so I went into the JJ's at 422 Locust St, and the staff was so gracious and nice in the way they handled it. A big thanks to everyone who helped solve the problem. The team there is the best.

I order from this place all-the-time and they truly deliver freakishly fast. I love their sandwiches and I can't recommend them high enough!

WOW! Definitely FREAKY FAST! I hung up the phone and my order was here in 6 minutes!! I'm located about 3 blocks away! Good Job!
