I can’t imagine what going through my divorce and the protection from abuse process would have been like without Brenda and Alyssa. They are knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, patient, and prompt. Brenda will also be very honest and straightforward with you, which will save you money and frustration. I always felt important and like I was a priority, and I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a return email, though I often received something back the same day. Brenda has no tolerance for abusers and that shows in court. It felt so good to know I had someone on my side who felt strongly that the individual in my case should be held accountable for his actions. Brenda told me exactly what to bring and where to be. She and her team took the time to read anything that I brought to the office and believed in my case. Brenda and her staff are amazing caring people, who worked tirelessly to make sure my son and grandchildren were protected in his divorce. They went above and beyond the call of duty, which was refreshing after my son was taken advantage of by one firm in a different state. I would definitely recommend her. She even started proceedings while he was overseas, protecting him while he protected us. For that, she will forever have this military mom's respect and admiration.

Easy to work with, staff was awesome

I valued Brendas presence in the court room, despite the past reviews I only have positive things to say. If your looking for a cut throat attorney shes your gal.

Over the last 11 years, I have to hire many family law attorneys due to my son living in a different state than I reside. The attorneys do very well in family law due to revisions being made to parenting plans typically every few years, etc. Each and every attorney I have hired has helped me in one or more ways. Brenda Bell has been the most incompetent attorney I have ever hired and also, ever known. I had to spell check her documents due to spelling and other errors. Brenda Bell exhausted $2500 of my money and has not even gone to court!

She was very rude, even from her introduction. Her people skills are poor. Her patients with regard to getting what she wants when she wants it is unrealistic.

I would not recommend her for any legal services and I absolutely do not trust her at all. If I could give her a 0 rating I would because she spent my money and has done nothing for me. Beware!!

Oh, also she stated that she could help me and the minute I sent her $2500, she changed what she said she was going to do for me just prior to me sending her my savings account. How does she even maintain a license to practice law?

so miss bell thinks money grows on trees, and thinks a member of the armed forces makes a lot of money. she thinks its ok for the mother of a child to not let the father see or speak with their kid until child support is paid. She also thinks that $481.00 a month for one child is not enough, now she wants to add $200.00 on top of that for rears, when my pay check is only 784.00 every 2 weeks. and my rent alone is 750. so if this is how Bell treats soldiers then why do we really need her practicing law. When the law is supposed to make things fair for every one not just the mother.

Completely rude. Raised her
voice and denied me information on my own case. Also had personal grudges against another person play into my case.
