Went in to have 3 keys made for my sons truck. And they didn't work. So I had to return today to have them remade and she got them spot on. Great customer service very helpful. No problems. I will definitely be back.

Nice semi local hardware store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good place to go if you need something fast and don't want to deal with the giant Home Depot or Menards.

That said it's a bit pricey. Go there often enough because they have a great selection of random small fasteners like nuts and bolts and screws.

Ace Hardware has the widest selection of replacement parts for household plumbing and electrical in my area, much better than the mega-chain lumberyards in my area.

The people are more experienced also.

They have great yard art and plants on sale right now!

Wide variety of inventory. Unfortunately there wasn't a variety of Case knives to choose from.

Ever sense I moved to Lawrence I’ve loved ace hardware. Recently a new employee Nolan was very nice. He answered all of my questions very politely and help me fine exactly what I needed. Glad to see this place still have fantastic employees!

Customer service was spot on. Didn't have to wait to ask questions - we were asked if we needed help. One worker went across the store to fetch an item similar to what we were seeking. In fact, at least 5 people helped us by the end of our shopping venture. I really appreciate that the workers know the store and inventory.

The lady standing right inside the doors asked me if I needed help and walked me back to the section I needed. She helped me find the replacement bolts for which I was looking. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Great experience and exceptional customer service.

We always go here to get our Christmas balsam tree.

I come here ever since I’ve been in Lawrence and this place has never been better. More recently I had an employee named Nolan help me find exactly what I was looking for with no hassle. Very glad this place is as nice as it is!

The young man that works there immediately asked what we were looking for and then proceeded to take us to the items we wanted! So sorry I didn't get his name but he certainly knows customer service!! The register girl was very nice and efficient as well. We got all 3 items we needed and was very pleased!

I shop here for all my home diy projects. I love it so much that I always make a second trip the same day I made the first one, or maybe it's because I always forget something. They have 90% of the items I'm looking for and rarely do I find products cheaper elsewhere. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and there's never too long of a wait to check out. The only downsides to Ace is their lack of lumber selection and the fact that I usually end up being there for hours. Some people have church; I have the hardware store.

Each employee was super friendly and greeted me with a smile. Wyatt helped me find batteries and I appreciated his service very much. Will definitely be returning!

This store is excellent because the employees have been trained to focus on the customers. If the employee can't find what you want then they'll refer you to another store.

Westlake Ace Hardware is the place to find everything you need! The entire staff is always so friendly and incredibly helpful. There have been many times they have helped me solve problems whether it was which was the best paint to choose for a certain project or what is the best way to repair a garden gate. Love going to this store!

I don't have all day to sort through a big box store. I can get in and get out with what I need. I've been going to this store since it opened. If I can't find something there's always someone to show me exactly where it's at.

We always get great service when we come here. We came in for some bird food and feeders. We were shown where the items were and explained which was best for our area. We feel that we got great service and great value for what we bought.
